Good! I was contacted by phone and all my questions were answered. I received updates by email from Cindy as it got closer to closing. Closing went well, we were running late because of traffic and it was not a problem for Cindy. She showed us a questionable fee my credit union was charging and she had already questioned it with the credit union. She explained every form we signed and the reasons for so many forms at closing.
