Accountant David Riggs failed to file my Southern School Dist. tax rebate form, causing me to lose about $300. There was also a dispute with the state over a $169 refund, which was never resolved and I not only never got the refund, but I had to pay $190.29 which the state claimed I owed them. My losses totalled about $500 thru Mr. Riggs' carelessness.

Started off very well then I would not receive replies to emails, promised to get back to me by the end of the day never does. Tried calling, stopping by, emailing all they say is we’ll get back to you by the end of the week and never do. I have never experienced anything like that with any other company. Don’t understand

"I am sorry that you had this experience. My wife has cancer and recently entered blast phase. I have been a little distracted taking care of her and taking her to her drs appts. I feel that The 'F' was a bit harsh for 2 years of business with no issues until the past month."

My husband and I went to Tania for the first time in 2015. She has been wonderfully helpful in answering our questions and supportive with all the issues that have since come up. He previously used a firm in Lancaster for his former business, and they were WAY more expensive and have been WAY less helpful. We will continue to depend on Tania for all our income tax needs.
