My AC had died on me and I had gotten a quote from one contractor to replace both the AC and the Furnace. The quote was on the high end and the installation could have happened in five days. Mike gave me a fair quote and promised to do the installation the very next day. By 2pm the next day I had a brand new Furnace and an AC unit installed. He and his crew were pros and super easy to work with. The best part is that I paid exactly what he had quoted me not a penny more. I look forward to working with Absolute Comfort And Son in the future.

This company is TRASH! We hired this company to do a complete install on our HVAC system including duct work and they half did everything. we have had multiple Heating/ plumbing companies come out and they have apologized each time that I had this horrible experience. They noted to never recommend them. WHAT IS EVEN WORSE? When I tried to call this company to fix it, they scheduled me on their route and then didn't show up AND BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER! Mike also blocked my number. Not only that, I tried calling from my work number to confront them about it to see if it was a mistake and then THEY HUNG UP AND BLOCKED THAT NUMBER AS WELL. I never once was disrespectful to them, I just wanted them to fix the unit that I paid $13K on? Do not trust this company they DO NOT "treat their customers like family" and if they do, then I feel terrible for their family members. I was taken advantage of and I now have a 3 month old baby in the house that HAS NO HEAT!! There will be a lawsuit coming soon, so I hope their childish and dishonest actions will be their own karma in the end.

work was completed in timely and professional manner. The system was tested and they were very thorough. Cleaned up all areas and everything looks very nice. So far we are very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

In the middle of the day our A/C unit died on us of course during one of the hottest days. We originally thought we could just get a repair but unfortunately ended up needing a new system since ours was completely out of date. These guys were punctual and understanding of my lack of knowledge and took the time to explain what was wrong and what options I had. They also were able to find me the most reasonably priced option which included a warranty. Already planning to reach out to them about updating duct work in my house. Definitely a blessing to find a company that isn't about breaking your pockets but getting the job done.

I just purchased a home this past March and our heating and ac system were old and original with the home. I got several estimates and Absolute Comfort was the best price and quality. The warranty for 10 years and the owner Mike was beyond professional and very easy to talk to. The crew that came to install my system was very courteous and professional and was completed exactly to my expectations. I highly recommend this company! I will continue to tell all my friends and family as a recommendation!

They completed the preventative maintenance, but did not perform any testing. My air conditioner had a leak that enlarged. The cost to repair by another company cost $1530. Proper maintenance would have cost less than half.

"That is absolutely not true at all . We did a full ac inspection. We let the customer know the coil was in bad shape but found no leaks at that time . 3 weeks later they called in about the problem we put them on the for a free service call . They did now want to wait for us to return. So they had another company come out . I received an upset email . And respond quickly and offers to look at everything free of charge and if a repair was need I would do it for 50% off for the inconvenience. They did not want us to return so I apologized and wished the a good day"

I was selling my house and I needed an estimate ASAP. Owner came out the next day, prepared a quote, and recommended NOT replacing but servicing my A.C. that an appraiser had “written off.” Owner provided letter to our dissatisfied buyers commenting on condition of the A.C. unit. I will definitely call this service again.

This company was quick to respond initially- via phone and email. We scheduled an appointment for a repair estimate - the gentleman arrived and looked at the job and stated he would get back to us with a quote within an hour. That was on Friday Aug. 9 . I reached out via email requesting an update/quote and still no response as of today Aug. 13.

"I am sorry you feel this way. We did have an appointment scheduled for August 9,2019. We did confirm the appointment and arrived promptly on time. Upon reviewing the type of work that was requested for us to give a estimate on we do not to accept that type of work. A email was sent to confirm this denial. The job consisted not only to replace /repair unit but to fix baseboards ,flooring, etc that were damaged by a system that wasn’t installed by our company. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

Mike and his men did a great job. It was done very professionally and at a very reasonable price. I had received 9 estimates before I made a decision and went with Mike and I'm happy I did. He did not try and sell me extra's that was unnecessary. I would definitely recommend and will reuse for any other HVAC issues.

I cannot say anything negative about them. They did a excellent job and I would like to add that during the work some how the piolet light on my hot water heater went out and we did not discover it until around 7:00 pm that night, we called them and they came out within a half hour to see what the problem was. They also started up my gas fire place in the sunroom room, (no charge) They are very professional and a great company to work with.

I scheduled an appointment for 9AM on Aug 24th. They called at 8:30AM and said that they were called into an emergency project and wouldn't be able to complete the project and would need to reschedule. They rescheduled for 8AM on Sept 4th. They didn't show up and I called at 8:15AM and they said that they were at another project and would see if they could make it still today but I was never put on the schedule. She said that she would call me back. 15 minutes later when I hadn't heard anything, I called again and she said that they were at an emergency service and wouldn't be able to come. I asked if they would be able to come at 5PM so I wouldn't have to take a 3rd day off of work for them to come out and complete a simple project. She said she would call me back after speaking with the team. 15 minutes later when I still hadn't heard back I called and was told that there was no way they would be able to come out today or tomorrow. Not only did they cancel and then not show up for a project but all they said was "Sorry". They didn't offer any other options or considerations. I am moving and need the furnace cleaned before I move. They were incredibly unprofessional to work with and I would never work with them again.
