Royal Water Damage Restoration

During the end of June, I had water damage in my basement. Within 24 hours after, I called Royal Water Damage, they had someone at my house to provide an estimate of the cost of mitigation. After I had agreed to the estimate, they had a crew begin the mitigation process within 2 hours. The crew was professional. The entire process only took a few days (less than a week). I would use this company again if I had water damage.

Royal Water was very responsive to our sewer overflow dilemma concerning the basement of rental property. From the first phone call they were responsive and throughout the project they were communicative. The work was performed quickly. The staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions.

Royal water damage was professional throughout the entire process and did a great job of reaching out and explaining their evaluation to me.

Day to day workesr, (Anthony, Junior, Mickey, Timmy & any other whose name I may have forgotten) to the office personnel (Loretta & Tanyana) everyone was extremely helpful in answering all questions and concerns. Peter explained what needed to be done and how they would accomplish it. The work was completed efficiently with little impact on my daily routine. Everyone was a well-trained technician. I would definitely recommend this company and the people they employ to any one of my friends or family that needed their expertise

Royal Water damage was professional, polite and respectful. Nick was communicative and dealt with concerns when they came up nicely. I have a child in the house and they were very accommodating with some safety requests and left my home safe each evening.

Royal recently provided emergency water damage service in our basement. Thank you for your wonderful and professional treatment of our home. The service men were respectful of our belongings. They spread sheets of cloth to keep our carpeting clean. They washed with disinfectant our washer, dryer and floor. The basement sparkled. Very responsive - called me back in couple hours, came to house that day to assess the basement. (Another company never called me back.) Worked with me to agree best options. Once decision was made a few days later Royal came in same day to remediate. Crew was professional, courteous and on time. Billed direct to insurance company.

They responded to our call right away and was very prompt, punctual, and professional throughout the 4-day service. They were also very accommodating and responsive in answering questions/clarifications when needed. We hope that this unfortunate event does not happen again, but if it does, we know who to call!

Removal was great! When there was a glitch from the circuits being overloaded, they came first thing the next morning to fix it! Everybody was polite and super helpful.

The crew came the Sunday it occurred and immediately removed excess water and set up drying machines w/promises to return with more the next day which they did and 5 days later removed the machines.

I am disable, they took care of everything. Neat, clean, polite.

I was super impressed with Royal's urgency and follow up. They made me feel like my problem was the only thing they had and I was the most important customer. David, the owner was awesome.

Royal was helpful from dealing with the insurance company, as well as prompt and thorough with the drying process. There was an issue with one of the pieces of equipment but they dealt with it professionally and made sure that I was satisfied after the job was completed.

Everyone from Royal was nice, professional, and responsible. Hopefully we won't need their services again but if so, I'd call them in a heartbeat!!

They were always on time, very friendly & professional.

Great, except that the dehumidifier was not working properly. I mentioned the unusual noise to one tech, he said it was fine. But the tech the next day said it was not working & I had to deal with another machine for an additional day because things weren't dry enough. Other than that - all was fine.

Royal can w/in one hour of Being called assessed brought installed equipment monitored removed at completion. All overMonday weekend.

Very well. Royal rep was very timely and so were the people who brought & placed dryers & removed damage.

They were punctual, professional, efficient and worked seamlessly with my insurance (Allstate) to minimize my hassles. I hope I never have to use them again, but would not hesitate to call them ASAP again!
