Small jobs welcome

"I run a property management company and hired Clean Queen to clean a property that was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Ashley was quick to respond, showed up punctually, and did a fantastic job! I have been disappointed, in the past, by subpar cleaning jobs. I have now found an exceptional service that I will be using exclusively in the future. I highly recommend Clean Queen. You will not be disappointed!"

I was nervous about the caked up grease on the hood and back drop but there was no judging and his cleaning supplies used worked the best. James was down to earth really was diligent and cleaned every nook and cranny and the kitchen was spotless -arrived on time!"

"Jermaine and his guys were great. Arrived on Time and got the job done. I originally scheduled to have a ton of junk removed from my garage, but I mentioned my garbage disposal being broken and they were able repair it the very same day. I’d Definitely recommend Sunny’s Services, you now have a repeat customer. Thanx guys"

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Ideally, you will tackle removing algae from your roof during spring or summer when the weather is drier and warmer. Because algae tends to grow during the colder and wetter months, you want to tackle this project before the temperature drops to hopefully keep it from coming back at all.

Vinegar will not damage your roof shingles. Using vinegar to wash your roof is an effective and popular cleaning method for asphalt shingles. You can buy white vinegar with varying concentrations of acetic acid. Typically, 5% is all you need for a good roof cleaning, but if you’ve got stubborn stains or moss you can go as high as 25%.

In most cases, it is best to leave icicles on your roof and allow them to melt naturally. You should only consider removing them if they are heavy enough to cause damage to your home or pose a risk to people below. Since removing icicles can be dangerous, it is recommended to hire a professional for the job if you have immediate concerns. To prevent the issue from recurring, you should address the underlying cause, such as improving your home's insulation or installing roof heating coils.

Roof raking helps clear snowfall from your roof and, in turn, you hope that this prevents ice dams. But can roof raking actually cause them? Generally, no, it cannot. But you should note that while, in some cases, you might successfully prevent ice dams from forming near the edge of your roof by keeping it cleared with a roof rake, they could still form higher up on the roof, where you are unable to reach. This may leave you wondering: Does roof raking prevent ice dams? While it is not a 100% guaranteed way to prevent them, it does help.

Flat roofs are a solid option for people who want extra outdoor space. Flat roofs are very common in other parts of the world and only recently has the U.S. started to see the benefit in the increased space. Flat roofs are also easier to maintain and pose much less of a safety risk, which allows for more DIY work for handy homeowners. Some people also build green or living roofs that grow plant life.
