After brief conversation on the phone he was able to fit me in for a free water testing and system inspection that same day. I mentioned a 3 stage water system upgrade and after the water test we found our water system was working well. He provided suggestions as alternative approaches to itchy skin we experienced. After we did our own research we agreed to have him install a UVC light with an additional filter for good measure. We called and he inspected on Tuesday and he was there with the install on Sunday that same week! Amazing. Talked us through the tests and results and provided us with informational pamphlets as well as transparency about his product vendor. Once the job was complete he tested the system and taught us about it and maintenance procedures. He was kind & patient. The pipe work install was well done and beautiful. He minded the space and existing plumbing."

"Leon, from Noel Enterprise, came to the house and observed the area where the Rinnai would be placed, taking in plumbing, electric, and venting area. A week later Leon and his two technicians installed the Rinnai. We already had an LP Gas tank so installing a new gas line was good. The Rinnai was installed professionally, new plumbing and electric perfect, and it looks great. Leon also had all the paperwork ready for the Rinnai rebate and end of year tax credits. Great job!"

"Great! I had this work performed in March 2018. Summer 2018 has seen constant rain and flash flooding. Previously I would have had several feet of water in my basement from the saturating rain and storms that came through together (5+inches in 6 hours with 12 inches in 48hrs in already wet ground). Basement has been completely dry. I thought work would be more noticeable. The concrete over the drain is nicely done. No complaints about the work, better results than I expected (I expected it to be more noticeable)."

"I was very impressed with Seth and his crew! We had a horrible water situation in our basement (bought an older home and the first heavy rain revealed serious water issues! ugh!) and knew it needed a serious solution if we wanted to be able to use our basement for storage. Seth provided a free quote and even suggested additional solutions with pricing options. He communicated with me quickly by text and took the time to explain every step of the process. At the end of each work day, he would walk me through all the work that had been done that day (again, answering any of my questions). The guys worked hard for four days, in some pretty hot and humid conditions! Seth also pointed out some other problem areas in my basement as they did their work and made recommendations on how to resolve those issues (there was some wood rot on the stairway area and a leaking water bib; he even gave me the name of a contractor for replacing my rain gutters outside when I was ready). Seth installed a basement dry system along all four walls of the basement, two sump pumps in opposite corners, and a lateral across the middle of the basement. I chose Better Basements & Beyond because it is a local company (not some big box company just out to make a buck) but also because Seth actually does the work himself (again, no fancy representative doing a sales pitch who doesn't get his hands dirty).
