After brief conversation on the phone he was able to fit me in for a free water testing and system inspection that same day. I mentioned a 3 stage water system upgrade and after the water test we found our water system was working well. He provided suggestions as alternative approaches to itchy skin we experienced. After we did our own research we agreed to have him install a UVC light with an additional filter for good measure. We called and he inspected on Tuesday and he was there with the install on Sunday that same week! Amazing. Talked us through the tests and results and provided us with informational pamphlets as well as transparency about his product vendor. Once the job was complete he tested the system and taught us about it and maintenance procedures. He was kind & patient. The pipe work install was well done and beautiful. "We chose Dan based on his knowledge of the work that needed done. Repaired bowing walls in the basement, installed a french drain around the perimiter of the basement, installed two sumps and replaced a water damaged sill beam at the top of the foundation. The sill beam damage was caused from an outside patio sloping toward the house. The solution was to remove a portion of the patio (not the entire patio), which provided access to the sill beam and rim joist. Replacing the sill beam required jacking the basement joists up to repair the sag in the floor and install the new sill beam. The patio concrete was repaired neatly with a strip seal drain against the house to catch any water draining toward the house. Nice solution to the the problem. Dan provided the most economical solution to my bowing wall problems, carbon fiber straps for the areas where the wall bowing was less severe and steel beams where the wall bowing was much worse. In comparison to other companies quoted, Dan provided the most repair work for the money and in one case 1/3 less. Dan was able to start work within a week, not months like some companies, and finished the work as indicated, could not have asked for more. When the job was complete the area was cleaned up nicely and the concrete work and sill beam replacement looked great. We are very happy with Dan and would recommend him to anyone needing waterproofing work, most economical, fair, upfront, does what he says and completes the job quickly not over a long period of time."

A week later Leon and his two technicians installed the Rinnai. We already had an LP Gas tank so installing a new gas line was good. "Great! I had this work performed in March 2018. Summer 2018 has seen constant rain and flash flooding. Previously I would have had several feet of water in my basement from the saturating rain and storms that came through together (5+inches in 6 hours with 12 inches in 48hrs in already wet ground). Basement has been completely dry. I thought work would be more noticeable. The concrete over the drain is nicely done. No complaints about the work, better results than I expected (I expected it to be more noticeable)."

"I was very impressed with Seth and his crew! We had a horrible water situation in our basement (bought an older home and the first heavy rain revealed serious water issues! ugh!) and knew it needed a serious solution if we wanted to be able to use our basement for storage. Seth provided a free quote and even suggested additional solutions with pricing options. He communicated with me quickly by text and took the time to explain every step of the process. At the end of each work day, he would walk me through all the work that had been done that day (again, answering any of my questions). The guys worked hard for four days, in some pretty hot and humid conditions! Seth also pointed out some other problem areas in my basement as they did their work and made recommendations on how to resolve those issues (there was some wood rot on the stairway area and a leaking water bib; he even gave me the name of a contractor for replacing my rain gutters outside when I was ready).
