"Eric and Zachary have come to my parents' house twice and done all kinds of tasks for them that my parents couldn't easily do themselves (clearing out their packed-full attic, deep cleaning the basement, trimming hedges, cleaning tile floors in the master bedroom [and removing and putting back all the furniture to do so], hauling truckloads of stuff away...) and they'll be back soon to clean and seal all the grout on the house's first floor. They're a godsend--super efficient, easy to deal with, up for anything, and very reasonably priced. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
