At ZACH-VAC we provide residential & commercial air duct and dryer vent cleaning throughout South Central PA and Berks county. We have certified ASCS (Air System Cleaning Specialists) for air duct cleaning. That certification is by NADCA, the National Air Duct Cleaners Association. In addition our technicians are certified in dryer vent exhaust cleaning by the Chimney Safety Institute of America, CSIA. "We're bringing honesty and trust back to duct cleaning." No bait and switch pricing...EVER! We also provide easy over the phone pricing for residential homes. All we need is the square footage of the home and a few other details. This makes quoting for you and ZACH-VAC easy. We also provide remediation for mold inside of ducts and offer encapsulation so it doesn't return. Our HVAC partners trust us to clean their customer's ducts, so you should too! **BEWARE OF ROTOBRUSH, RAM AIR SYSTEMS, and other shop vac style "cleanings" ** These aren't used by any reputable company.

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Professionals use advanced, eco-friendly products that ensure effective yet safe cleaning.

Yes, pros are equipped to clean various glass types, including stained glass and skylights.

Professional window cleaners typically use either a white vinegar solution or a commercial hard water stain remover to clean hard water stains on windows. A common vinegar solution for this purpose consists of one cup of white vinegar mixed with a gallon of distilled or bottled water. The pro will spray the mixture and lightly scrub the window with a scrubby pad before cleaning with a standard cleaning solution. Alternatively, they may use a commercially available hard water stain remover and a scrubby pad, followed by a complete cleaning.

Cleaning your windows not only improves your home’s curb appeal—and, therefore, property value—but it also prolongs the life of your windows. Clean windows make a big difference from the outside, so if you’re selling your home or plan on selling, window washing is an affordable way to make your home stand out. Additionally, cleaning the tracks and moving components in your window can help them last longer, potentially saving you money over time on window replacement costs and repair.

A vacuum with a hose attachment or a lint roller can easily remove dust from your window screen. Pressure washing window screens is another option, but you should make sure you have the appropriate nozzle and pressure setting to avoid doing extensive damage to your window.
