"service technician (terry?) was very knowledgeable about the stoker, and went step by step thru the checkup; it was obvious he had done this before he replaced the defective parts, and got it working, and gave me piece of mind about the parts of the system that did not need replacing also, the woman taking the original office call knew the system, and was able to give me hints about what to do until the service guy could get out if you have this type of stoker, this is the place to go for expertise"
