In 2005, Brian J. Owens founded a small excavating company. First contracting with local Clearfield builders, the company has grown over the years and expanded. We are currently serving central Pennsylvania in Centre, Clearfield, Jefferson, Blair, and Huntington Counties. We offer a wide range of excavating services including, demolitions, snow control, septic services, and much more.

"Wonderfully done work from very stand up guys. The crew is personable and works quickly. Everything that was needed was done and comes at a good cost. We are very happy with the results and would recommend anyone needing any excavation work to go with Brian. All piping looks great, and they did a lot of work in the time that they were here."

"Rick at Epic took our deposit money and guaranteed a max amount would be withheld if we backed out our project. After receiving a quote that was $70k over our budget, which he said he could work within our budget and would not provide a quote without deposit, we decided to back out. During the whole process Epic cancelled or rescheduled meetings at the last minute several times and was overall unresponsive. Epic the billed us double what they initially said would be the max. After much discussion they finally agreed to honor the original agreement. Since then, they have not sent any additional refund that was agreed upon and have stopped responding to communication. This was our first experience with a home builder and the worst experience I’ve had with any vendor of any kind. There are plenty of builder options, STAY AWAY FROM EPIC!!!"
