We have 10 employees and very rarely have to sub contract any of our work. Our billing procedures are simple and straight forward. We usually ask for half the total cost as a deposit. This will allow us to purchase materials and schedule our labor force for your job. We then typically require 1/4 of the remaining balance half way through the job with the other 1/4 being due upon reasonable satisfactory completion of the work. We are willing to work with special circumstances on the payment schedule on a case by case basis.

This business is currently operated and ran by one person. There will be no subcontracted jobs unless major electrical or plumbing is needed. I offer free estimates. I also offer discounts for every job after your first completed job. If for some reason I can't do the work I will try to help find someone who can.
