M.L.G. Contracting and Painting is a remodeling business that specializes in many types of residential remodeling and all aspects of interior and exterior painting. I have over 15 years of experience in the residential remodeling field. I have worked on both small and large scale construction projects. I learned this trade through my family. My father had over 40 years experience and was a business owner himself. Pricing of new jobs will include many variables, such as a size and scope of the job; time involved to complete the job; cost of materials and labor involved. Also taking into consideration local codes and ordinances, and permit fees that may increase the final job cost or the completion time of such jobs. I have the ability to deliver flexible, courteous and customer-centered services. I schedule work Monday through Friday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM. Weekend days will be shorter 8:00 AM-4:00 PM and used to complete work that was delayed due to inclement weather or lack of materials. Weekend days would also be used to provide estimates on new work projects.
