He made up a cat 5 cable for us to hook the internet to the phone and he explained all the features. He also called back to make sure we didn’t run into any problems. We have professional staff onhand with over 20 years of combined technical experience. Our employees have worked for AT&T, DHL, Logitech, the IT department for the local school district and other companies. All repairs are done on premise. We are straight forward with our clients. There are no hidden fees, unless you count sales tax. We will make house calls for the surrounding area. Our price for house calls is $40 dollars. This would include repairing faulty Internet Connections, Acting on your behalf with your ISPs technical support, and getting you back online. For Virus removal, we charge $60 + Sales Tax at our store. To remove viruses at your home, the charge would be $40 + $60 + 6% Sales Tax. We have many used gadgets in the store at unbeatable prices.
