"This was my first cleaning with Andrew's Cleaning Service. They did an amazing job and left the house super clean and organized. I am very impressed with their personal touch as well. I highly recommend them and will be continuing cleaning services with them."

"I used them a year and half ago, and it was primarily because when we moved into our new house, they didn't have availability. I was very pleased with their services. I especially liked their cleaning, the house always felt good and smelled good. I had an infant in the house and I was pregnant, and nothing ever bothered me and I wasn't concerned about my child crawling on the floor which is with the chemicals. They always used clean products. I would use them again."

"Summary: Incomplete cleaning, then they ghosted me entirely. Bit of a bizarre experience: I reached out to them after finding them on Angie's List. They got back to me right away that day, had a good conversation, and scheduled a cleaning. I'd asked during that initial chat that they also clean the microwave, they said sure no problem. The first cleaning was okay--bathrooms were great, but it was clear that they hadn't vacuumed most carpeted areas as there were still little bits of debris that even a quick pass would have caught. They also ignored the microwave entirely. They left me a voicemail a few days after the first service, asking for feedback. I called back, told them that overall it was good, but that if we were to move forward with regular cleaning, we'd like them to be sure and vacuum, and to do the microwave as we had discussed. No answer. Over the following three weeks, I left four more voicemails, asking to schedule our next cleaning, and recurring cleaning going forward. To this day they've never gotten back to me. If they're too busy to take on new customers, that's fine; just tell me. If they took offense at me pointing out their incomplete cleaning approach, that's bizarre, but, again, they could just respond and say they're not interested in helping us. To just disappear off the face of the planet is a huge inconvenience and now not only do we have to find another cleaner, we're a month behind on housecleaning, just because these folks couldn't be bothered to spend 30 seconds and get back to someone who was trying to give them money on a regular basis going forward. They did a decent enough job, and my initial impression and conversation were positive, so if there's a good explanation for this bizarre behavior, I'd be willing to talk it through with them... but as it stands, it's weird and unacceptable for a business to do this kind of thing."

"Couldn’t be happier with our cleanings! Our first was a deep cleaning, complete with windows in/out! The house looked and smelled fabulous! We have our crew biweekly now. Very pleased and the owner is very conscientious."

"FIrst - We highly recommend to anyone looking for help with cleaning. Very, very highly. Professional, friendly, incredibly thorough and detail oriented. Amazing work done. Both the owner and his partner were here, and they did an incredible job. We'd gotten behind on the cleaning during quarantine (two kids, and both "essential workers", *bleh*. 60hrs a week - so it's a choice between do things with the kids, or do more than "quick wipe down" cleaning. Thanks COVID.) They did an amazing job - the house looks like when we first started living here, back when we could actually spend weekends cleaning and doing chores. (Okay, actually it looks better...our teenage daughter's room didn't look that clean for more than ten minutes after she finished unpacking.) Will definitely be emailing to inquire about at least once a month."

"Cris took his time and did a thorough job cleaning the carpets in my home. Great price for great work. I highly recommend him."

"Excellent house cleaning service. Val personally came out to the house to assess the mess and delivered a quote that was way more reasonable than the competitors. They even managed to start the service within a day, which was incredible. The women who came to clean the house were extremely polite and very detail oriented. The house looks amazing. I would happily use this service again and definitely recommend them!"

"MME did an outstanding job on the deep clean. One of the best cleans we've had from a cleaning service. They did a good job on the details, like corners and hard to get spots that often get neglected during regular surface cleaning."

"Greg took the time to explain what they planned to do and answered my questions completely before starting. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterward, including putting furniture back in place. Since they came and cleaned the ducts, my allergies have improved and thereâ s less dust in the air."
