Description of Work: Just to give an idea of how things would go. Our initial appointment for an estimate, I was given a call that the estimator would be a minute or two late. I've learned in Philly that usually means an hour or more. Well I'll be darned, he showed up about 90 seconds past the appointed time. | |My point of this somewhat silly story, is that they delivered on everything they said. Quote was on time, with the appropriate system. The installation on a cold wet muddy wintry day went on schedule. No mess, no hassle, and the system works just as promised. | |I would get another generator from them without hesitation - but I'm glad I wont be needing one.

Description of Work: Purchase and installation of 14kw generator. Jay visited my home as per appointment and evaluated and recommended the appropriate need. On the scheduled date, his team arrived and completed the installation as promised and did some extra necessary work to insure there were no code violations. This was at no charge to me. I recommend them absolutely.

Description of Work: Installed 22KW generator and rewired to provide whole house backup with 3 provisional drop-offs to assure maintained power. This installation required rewiring house main breaker box to standard as a subpanel because of building code. Work performed as promised in 1/2 day with one small problem with main box fixed the next morning. Impressive amount of work inside and out done well.

 + 0 moreJay came out and walked around my property and looked carefully at all the things I wanted to have power for if the electricity goes off. We discussed details of all appliances and trade-offs. I had 3 other estimates. JCM was not the lowest but I had confidence in them. They gave me a rough date for installation, realizing that generators are somewhat back ordered after Sandy last Fall. The actual date for installation was very close to the estimated date. The 2 Matts showed up in the pouring rain, set up tents and put down thick protective carpets to protect my floors from their wet feet. They were fast and did an excellent job, according to the inspectors who came through later. They answered my questions and said they would send a reminder when service should be performed on the unit. Now I'm almost hoping for a power outage.
