"If I could give zero stars and still leave a review, I would. We booked a deep cleaning service for a house about 2 weeks before the date we needed the housecleaning to take place. It was confirmed for a 5 - 8pm arrival window for Friday evening, which was after the current tenant moved out of the home so it would be clear and ready for a deep clean for the new tenants to move in the next morning. Friday morning we received a text message telling us that they don't work that late, so they would need to reschedule and asked us if the next week was OK to come. This wasn't acceptable because we needed the home cleaned for the purpose we mentioned. I'm not sure why they would have accepted a job for 5-8pm if they do not work that late, or why they couldn't have alerted us to this anytime in the 2 weeks prior that we had booked them, and they waited until a few hours before to tell us they weren't able to do it. As a compromise, we asked them to come first thing in the morning the next morning, as the new tenants weren't moving in until noon. They agreed there would be someone at the house at 8am to clean it then. Fast forward to 8:45am on Saturday, and still no sign of anyone and nobody answering my calls or texts. I decide to call Amazon since we had booked them through Amazon Home Services, and Amazon tells me that the company had canceled the service request on Friday afternoon. So basically whoever told me they were coming at 8am knew that no one was coming, and just lied right to my face about it. We were totally left in the lurch, and the house didn't get cleaned before the new tenant could move in so the new tenants moved into a dirty house that we will now need to clean later. Totally unprofessional business and shoddy customer service. I would never recommend this company to anybody!!"
