  I started using Gary's services last year in the spring of 2013. After my home was built, the company who came in and did the final grading brought in top soil and planted grass, but they used an annual seed. Need less to say, the following year I had very little grass and most of it was bare brown spots. It looked awful for a new home. I called a landscaping company to see if I needed to start over and dig up the junk that was in my yard. They said I should first try using a lawn service to see if that will help get my lawn under control. I called Gary and he started coming in the spring of 2013. He applied crabgrass control, spring and fall fertilizer, and spring and fall weed control. He also did a soil test and added lime in the fall of 2013. Just in that first year I noticed a dramatic difference in how green my lawn is and how all this brown spots began to fill in with grass and how the amount of weeds decreased. He mailed me a contract in January 2014 and I will continue to use his services because the results have been unbelievalbe. He started again in the spring of 2014 and this year my yard had no dandelions and is very green and the grass continues to fill in in those brown patches of which there are very few left. I have a beautiful lawn which I never thought possible after just one year of using his services. It was like he sprinkled magic pixie dust to make my lawn grow. And he is such a nice man to chat with too!! I have over 23,000 square feet of lawn which is pretty large. I pay $670 for all of his services excluding the lime which was $235. My dad who cannot believe how awesome my lawn looks pays $600 to Scotts and his lawn is 4,500 square feet. While some people may think that is expensive, Gary's services have been worth every penny spentshow more

  The owner’s name is James. He is a relatively young man and very gung ho. He is very knowledgeable. We have had a water problem in the basement. He came out and diagnosed the problem, put in a water capture system or water diversion system and we have no water in the basement any longer. He has also done some tree trimming for us. Moreover, he has done lawn leveling and reseeding. Every thing that we ask James to do, he is more than happy to do. If you have an outside project that needs done, James is the person to call. I will use his services again in the futureshow more

  When we bought the house 2 years ago Safeway inspected and found the termite presence. The owner was the one to fix it, he used another company that was cheaper. Well fast forward 2 years we didn't have any activity but wanted to get it checked out to be safe. The inspector actually remembered the house and where the activity had been, he re-inspected it and did not see any new activity. He also said the company that treated did the bare minimum (just put out stakes and called it a day). So we had him treat the house. He drilled some holes in the basement and on both porches treated it and then filled them back correctly. He also treated all the perimeter of the house. This service comes with a 3 year warranty with yearly visits covered in the cost. After three years a $80 per year fee will extend the warranty. If there is ever any activity they will treat the house with no charge. Very professional and nice to deal with, they even came and worked on a saturday to fit our scheduleshow more

  I think that they do a wonderful job. They were doing the neighbor's around my house and it was visible that my lawn did not look as good as the neighbors. Once they were done working, we gave them a call and asked them to come out and do our lawn. It just showed how much you need that support because we did not look so good. My husband is pretty frugal and he is fine paying for it, so I think they are affordable. The quality of the service is really good. If we are home, they will knock on the door and ask you if you need any support in any other area. They are always asking for feedback which I think is really niceshow more

  They are pretty easy to work with. When you call they are usually responsive, so they are a pretty good company when it comes to taking care of the customer. The only thing with quality is sometimes they get running behind, but it is a minor thing.
