I honestly can not say enough about how much Shawn and Dedicated were above and beyond our expectations.  Shawn was extremely respectful, professional, punctual and friendly.  The level of service matched the level of work at a more than fair price.  The job he did for us could be summed up with a comment that my 4 year old made to my wife after the rugs were cleaned; "Mommy, we got NEW steps".  Having 2 boys (ages 3 & 4), our carpets were a mess and have even held up over the last month since Shawn came out to clean them.  Our microfiber sofa was  cream colored when we bought it as newlyweds.  After children, it was a disaster with all different kinds of stains.  We were embarrassed every time we had company. My wife did clean it from time to time but the stains would just come back.  The matching ottoman was so bad we purchased a piece of fabric to go over the ottoman and cover the stains.  Now, that cover for the ottoman is in the closet and we have been getting complements on how well we keep our sofa clean, especially with 2 toddlers. He! He!  Of course, we end up telling everyone we recently had everything cleaned and highly recommend Shawn! He was also extremely fast! he was here on time and he was done before lunch and he did 4 rooms and our sofa, chair and ottoman! We are really, really pleased with them!
