Great communication and prompt service.

They found that electrical panel was wired incorrectly. Now everything is working great!

A live person answered the phone, and an electrician was able to come to my new home for services that day. The electrician was on time, and he was wonderful. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful. He gave me an estimate prior to doing the work, and he showed me what he was going to do. He also showed me the work while he was doing it to make sure I fully understood what was happening in my unique situation. He offered suggestions. He cleaned up after himself. I also received a follow up call from management to make sure I was happy with the experience after he left.

Excellent, very efficient, neat, excellent work

It went extremely well. It was a large job and electricians were dedicated and worked hard to complete in one day. The job was extensive and complex, which led it to be expensive, however, the quality of work was excellent and well worth the money spent.

We purchased an older house in the Shillington area and it was in need of updated outlets throughout the house. Steve was able to coordinate an installation date the same week I contacted him and he even worked around my work schedule. Our electrician Dmitry arrived on-time and was able to complete the extensive job in one visit. He clearly explained the work being done and gave fair and accurate pricing up front. A few days later we noticed some additional work that needed to be done and I contacted Steve. Once again, he was able to get us on the schedule for the next day and worked around my schedule so I did not need to take off. Dmitry arrived on schedule again and got right to work. He also followed up on the work he did last time and asked if we had any issues (which we did not). Having electrical work done can be intimidating, especially if you don’t know much about it. The team at Thomas Edison Provided full transparency throughout the whole process and I will be calling them again if the need arises. I recommend them for anyone looking for an electrician!

Everything went very well. As this was not an emergency situation, the electrician arrived two days after my call. The first visit was for a consultation and explanation of suggested options - repair or replace. As the fan was 25 years old I decided to replace it. I purchased the fan. A visit was scheduled to install the fan. This appointment needed to be changed because of the electrician's schedule. The scheduling team was very pleasant and sensitive to my schedule. They always kept me informed. The electrician and his assistant were very professional, friendly, and competent. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They left the area clean and no plants were harmed by their visit.

Huge scam. They’ll show up and quote you outrageous pricing. If you don’t want to pay they’ll charge you almost $100. Call a local election not this outfit. It’s 100% a scam.

Frank was awesome! I have had electricians in the past but none of them were provided the great quality of work that frank did . I wish the company was more up front with their fees but other than that everything else was great.

The problem was found quickly and corrected. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional.

The Electrician, Frank, arrived on time and got to work right away. He was professional, courteous and he was able to fix the problem quickly. I had power restored to the faulty outlet(s) within an hour or so.

The electrician was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem right away. Wire was burnt near the breaker.
