Cody was prompt and courteous. He was able to identify that the problem was due to an outside source and helped to loop in PECO who were the ones responsible for the fix. During the troubleshooting phase he also identified a problem with my electrical panel that requires attention, so that was a bit of good luck to catch before something went wrong.

Jason and Jim were super professional as were the rest of the contact staff. Kept me in the loop at all times about when they would arrive and worked with my schedule to find the most convenient time. Showed up promptly, performed the work quickly and explained it simply enough so even I could understand the problem. 10/10 would hire them again just based off convenience and professionalism alone

Steve and Jim came out and checked the breaker panel as well as all the connections to the dishwasher. They found some loose connections in the breaker panel and some faulty wiring to the dishwasher. They corrected the faulty wiring and the dishwasher worked again. Both were very helpful and easy to work with.

Absolutely amazing service. When several of my outlets stopped working one night they sent a tech out first thing in the morning. Not only did he fix the problem but he also went above and beyond by translating my breaker box from Russian to English! I will not use any other service from this point forward for any electrical needs.

To respond to a non-emergency service request within two hours was exceptional. We had concerns that the current demand of an additional outlet would overload this rather critical circuit. Time was taken to perform tests to ensure all would be well. The company took our call after hours on Friday, scheduled a time for Monday, and then proactively moved up the appointment to Saturday after checking with us. The electrician stuck with what turned into a more difficult project than we anticipated and wouldn't leave until the job was done correctly.

I Would Use This Company Again. I Was Told Before Anyone Even Came Out It Would Be 120.00 Just To Have The Consult Done. I Was Told After The Assessment Was Done, I Would Be Told Exactly What Needed To Be Completed, How Much It Would Be, The Work Would Be Started Immediately, And That If I Chose To Have The Work Done The 120.00 Would Be Applied To The Bill As Part Of The Payment. I Scheduled An Appointment And They Were Able To Come Within Two Days Of The Call. I Was Given A Phone Call The Day Of The Service And Was Informed About An Hour Before The Electriation Arrived That He Would Be Comming Within The Hour. Joshua Was The Name Of The Electrition And He Was Pleasant, Respectful, And Professional. He Wore His Face Mask The Entire Time Of Service. He Took The Time To Explain Things To Me In Terms, I Would Understand Without Making Me Feel Stupid. He Worked Quietly, Efficiently, And Respectfully. He Did Not Waste Any Time, Put Everything Back In Its Place, And Cleaned Up After His Work Was Completed. He Also Made An Adjustment In My Bill Once He Discovered It As Not Going To Take As Much Work And Time As He Originally Thought. He Would Not Have Had To Do That As I Would Have Never Known The Difference. I Know Nothing About Electrical Work So I Really Appreciated His Honesty. Once The Work Was Completed He Gave Me Additional Information And Some Tips On The Issues That NeededTo Be Addressed. Once He Left I Received Another Phone Call By The Company To See How Things Went And If I Was Satisfied With The Service Provided. I Was Very Pleased Overall From Beginning To The End.

I've had Thomas Edison in the past and know the gentlemen that came this time , very reliable and explain things that you do not understand. this is really a big help when things don't work properly in your home. Our fixture was over 40 years old and needed to be replaced.

Did not solve the problem that we were having (Not their fault). They were able to diagnose the problem and give us ways to fix it. A very professional and courteous company. We will use again in the future.

I haven’t gotten the work done yet, but the customer service is really unlike anything else I’ve experienced. In a world run by computers, where I always have to chase companies to help me spend money, Thomas Edison contacted me immediately and kept in touch with me at every step. I received 4 phone calls in 2 days and the service technician was actually earlier than I was initially expecting (but not without a phone call to ask if early would be acceptable.) I have cancelled service because of poor customer service, and disappointment has become the norm. My experience has been a refreshing shock. They’re terrific! (The cost is for the estimate only)
