I realized the day before my new dryer was to arrive that the electric box was hard wired to the old dryer. I knew that would have to be converted to a 4-prong receptacle. After calling several electricians, it seemed like I would not be able to get the work done prior to receiving the new dryer. Then I called Thomas Edison Electric. They offered me same day service or early morning next day. I was thrilled. The electricians came on time and finished the work one hour before the dryer arrived. Jim and Scott were very polite and professional. Actually every person I had contact with was great to deal with. I will definitelycall them again.

I used Thomas Edison Electric to install an outlet for a new dishwasher. Jasin was great to work with and did a great job -- friendly, quick, clean, and professional. The office kept me updated before and after the visit which was helpful. Highly recommended.

The team was able to make it out the day I called to help return power to laundry. They were able to quickly fix the issue and install a new outlet for us to allow for a fridge to be put into our garage. I had a few minor issues but during the follow up call they quickly more than resolved my concerns.

Thomas Edison Service tech Hector arrived at the earliest time estimated, while wearing a face mask through the entire visit, which I appreciated. - He assessed that I did indeed loosen the electrical connections while attempting to clean the ceiling light / fan earlier, but thankfully nothing more severe than that. He even helped me clean the pieces of the lighting fixture while it was disassembled to fix it (much appreciated!). All connections were tightened and secured, and checked for any faults. I once again have light in my restroom and it's also clean! Hector was very professional and courteous, as was the entire staff whom I spoke with at Thomas Edison Service. They followed up with me shortly after the service to make sure I was satisfied. - I'm very happy with my service and would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and will use them again if need be.

Thomas Edison Electric was great. I tried reaching several electricians before getting ahold of them, and other electricians were non-responsive. After finding Thomas Edison, though, the whole process was over in 24 hrs. They kept me informed on how the process and billing would be taken care of, and I will definitely use them again!

We had a smoke alarm that started chirping late on a Saturday night. Sound drove our dog crazy. We called Thomas Edison Electric on Sunday morning and they had someone at our house by 1:30. Technician was very courteous and knowledgable. He accessed the alarm, replaced the battery and fixed a wiring problem he saw while doing the job. Very satisfied with the process and the job that was done.

Out of all the companies I called, Thomas Edison Electric was quick to address my concerns for an electrical upgrade for my new home. The electrician Cody did an excellent job explaining the ins and out of what needed to be done. I was pleased with the results. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I called Thomas Edison on 3/8 after an electrical situation involving some light fixtures with water damage. For my handyman, it was a shocking experience. Don't worry, he's ok. Thomas Edison answered my early morning call and were able to set up a next day appointment for me. The people I spoke to on the phone were very nice and stayed in touch when there was a possibility of moving my appointment up and then later let me know when it was not possible so I wasn't just sitting around waiting. On the day of my appointment, Frank showed up on time and had a wonderful personality that made me feel completely at ease. He checked what was needed and ran to get the parts and came right back and was done within a short period of time. This company has a winning team and are communicative and have excellent customer service. I'd use them again and again!

The troubleshooting was done quickly and the repair completed. I have no complaints. They are highly professional. Their goal is that both they and I were 100% satisfied, which I am. I would certainly use them again.
