I met the electrician, Frank, at the house, exactly at the agreed-to time. He and I went through the house, discussed my requests and collaborated on the best approaches. Some of the requests were for complex work. Frank then returned to his truck and spent a few minutes making some phone calls and then returned with quotes, including two options for the most complex aspect, relocating the service entrance. Frank was friendly, professional and a clear communicator. Overall, he and Thomas Edison helped me meet a critical deadline with financial implications. Thank you!

Upon meeting the technician (Frank) we were assured that the project could be done. It was scheduled for the next day. The electrician (Jasin) was great. He wore a mask and shoe covers inside our home. The process was explain to us, the work was completed quickly. Jasin and others at Thomas Edison Electric were very professional. They kept me up to date on arrival times, checked in to see how the process was going and followed up to ensure we were happy. Jasin even came back after he was finished, because he had figured out a solution to something we had asked and wanted to let us know. Overall we were very pleased.

I called Thomas Edison electric in the past and decided to use them again. Like before, they were super responsive and I got a call back from Steve the dispatcher within 10 minute to inform me that they had someone available to come out within the hour (and this was late at night). Steve kept me updated all along the way with ETA on the electrician. Leo showed up and I showed him the messy situation I was in. He inspected the area and quickly knew what he had to do to fix the wiring from the previous owner of this house. He drew up the plan, informed me what needed to be done, and finished all the work in about 20 minutes and everything was working great. I even asked for him to explain what he was doing so I could learn for the future and he gladly showed me and I learned quite a lot. I would recommend this service to anyone!

The whole process went extremely well. They got me scheduled quickly and followed up keeping me informed as to when the electrician would arrive. Eusi was excellent and explained to me exactly what needed to be done so I understood the work involved (new circuit breaker, wiring from the garage to the basement, etc.).

This was my second experience with Thomas Edison Electric and once again, I have no complaints about their personnel and/or service. The receptionist who made the appointment was courteous and followed up to let me know when the electrician would arrive. The electrician was on time, courteous and professional. He quoted me a reasonable price to do the requested work. The work was done and I have no complaints. I would have no problems recommending this firm to my family and friends.

We were very impressed with Thomas Edison Electric. We hired them to fix a couple of dimmer lights and hang a chandelier. The customer service provided was top notch, from the first contact over the phone to the technician that made our repair. Everyone we dealt with was professional and took the time answer all of our questions. Leo, our technician, did a great job. During the install of our dining room chandelier he was careful to check with us to be sure the light was hung at the correct height. We had several questions about payment. Leo answered all of them. On top of that he was very friendly and respectful of our home and COVID protocols.

Had a tree knock out our power line and needed an electrician fast. I had never before used TEE but the entire experience was great. The scheduler was great, the electrician, Justin was courteous, clean, masked and very helpful. He even coordinated with the utility to assure their part of the work was done quickly. I even needed a copy of the bill for insurance and the office fired off a pdf to me while I was on the line. Definitely using them next time.

The technician came into our home. Introduced himself. I showed him what I wanted done. He assessed the job, gave me an estimate that I agreed upon. Did the job all within an hour. Payment was made. Then he left our home. A job well done!

I had no electricity upstairs of my house I have had a lot people coming down to fix the problem but they don’t. Finally I got my electric fixed by this company. *great service *great communication * great experience Thank you
