They called two times to update service. The tech showed up with in the time window given. The service was done in timely manner and tech worked with us when one of the outlets did not need the higher price upgrade which we could use to up date other outlets. The tech was very pleasant to work with, cleaned up after himself and explained everything. I would use service again.

It was fast ,they new what they were doing and they were done in no time. They were friendly and cleaned up when they were done.

Everyone was very friendly from the initial person who set up the appointment to the actual electrician (Jasin). Jasin was punctual, professional, friendly, and did the work quickly and efficiently. He kept me updated throughout the repairs. The price was extremely reasonable and competitive based on other estimates I received. Would highly recommend!

Electrician arrived at the scheduled time, provided an accurate estimate for the work to be completed and did an excellent job. The house has a very outdated electrical system, so the work took a bit longer than estimated, but everything is working for the first time in years.

The electrician were excellent. The work was performed to very high standards and the challenges of an old home were overcome with professionalism.

I received a timely and accurate quote, phone calls and text messages to update me along the way, and follow up phone calls to ensure the services were acceptable. Leo, the main tech, even spoke on the phone with my contractor when they had a question about the lighting mechanisms. Highly recommend. Would hire again in a heart beat!

From a customer service stand point Thomas Edison is fantastic. They were incredibly prompt in communicating to me and I really appreciated that at 11AM when my service window started the dispatch called to give me an update, rather than just let me sit and wonder. The technicians were very polite, professional, and friendly. They allowed me to walk them through the problem and then they provided me a troubleshooting quote. My honest opinion on the cost was that it was very high but I needed the work done that day and could not shop around so I don’t have anything to compare it too. Once they got started they took about two full hours to diagnose and fix my problem which I would NEVER have figured out on my own. Luckily they were able to provide a fix without an additional cost. One of the technicians gathered that I was a veteran from some items in the house and they were kind enough to provide me a small discount which was greatly appreciated. Overall I would recommend the service and will likely hire them again if needed. They were prompt, honest, clearly competent in their skills, and took the time to clearly explain each step and what they did to ultimately fix the problem.

Amazing services, couldn't have asked for anything better! The company got right to work when we told them what we needed to be done. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If I need any work done again, would definitely want to work with them again!!
