Electrical. The electrician showed up properly and the work was done expeditiously. At the first visit for the estimate the electrician explain everything he would do and the costs were very clear-cut.They returned probably the second time. They were very professional and clean up after themselves. The office is very prompt making sure I was happy. I would definitely hire them again.

The two electricians arrived promptly and were both courteous and respectful. They answered my questions, inspected my panel and made sure it was safe and functioning properly.

I was truly impressed by the service and support that Thomas Edison Electric gave me from when I initially called. Someone actually answered, which is so rare. In my desperation of having smoke alarms that all wouldn't stop chirping, the associates were so patient and attentive to my issue. I spoke with Danielle who explained that another associate would be calling and then Shelby called me right away and got me all set up with a electrician, same day. I had called four places before this call and all claimed they couldn't help until days later. My electrician, Christian, showed up on time and was so polite, conscientious, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to deal with. I felt like I was really in good hands and I have had my share of untrustworthy services that just end up trying to milk the service call. I was treated with importance and taken care of as a true customer. I will definitely refer them to everyone.

Excellent service! Called around 7am on a weekday for an emergency repair after a storm. They were there within 2 hours and the problem was taken care of immediately.

I called a bunch of electricians over the course of a week and nobody was going to come out for many weeks. I called Thomas Edison Electric and they initially tried to get me service techs to come out that week but instead were able to send two electricians to come out same-day. They did quick and great work. 10/10 would recommend using these guys in the future.

The contractors were prompt, courteous and efficient. Since it wasn't an emergency, I was willing to wait a day or so for service, however the dispatcher called back later the same day and told me that they had an opening on the same day and would wave the extra charges.

The process was easy and instructions were concise. Pat was very clear in explaining what needs to happen to complete the request. He was professional and thorough. Cleaning up after the job was completed was a nice bonus.

Technician arrived quickly and within time window. Kept me informed with the problem and fix. Excellent job.

The technician was professional and competent. He looked at the fan, explained the process, and gave us 2 estimates, one for the fan replacement and one for extra checking of other issues if the replacement didn't work. (He did this because the fan didn't turn on at all, which was a new development). We went with the first option, agreeing to extra checking if needed. The replacement was completed within a few hours. The technician even provided a photo and video of the completed work, since the attic is really a "crawl attic" space and I didn't want to go up there to look myself. Bottom line: I'm a happy customer and we have a new electrician.

Electricians were very friendly. They explained what was wrong with the wiring and how they were going to fix it step by step. Job was done fast and they cleaned up the work area when job was complete. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I recently had a problem with power to my kitchen. I called this company and they were absolutely amazing. They came out within three (3) hours of my phone call and my problem was fixed within 30 minutes. Jim was professional, outgoing and got the job done! The entire team was great and kept me informed about the technicians arrival. Overall absolutely wonderful customer experience.

Customer support is top notch and the Electrician they sent was extremely knowledgeable and just an all around great guy. You can tell he loves his job and that alone reassures you that you made the right phone call and the job will get done properly.
