Thomas Edison Electric had great communication about their services, scheduling, notifying when the electrician was coming, and following up. The electricians showed up in the time slot they told us they would be there (8:45-9:45 am) and not only called me to let me know but also called my boyfriend to make sure that was communicated. The electricians fixed our bathroom fan as asked and even replaced some light bulbs that we were too short to reach. They were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Got the job done efficiently!

Initial call was answered quickly by a person who took our contact info, assessed the need and urgency of the job and the steps they would take. First call gave a clear overview of dispatch fee, on site-inspection and pricing. Friendly tech arrived in window, listened to the description of the problem we had. Tech clearly explained each part of the inspection, estimate, repair and billing process as it was being done. Repair was completed successfully in a short timeframe.

Needed emergency Sunday outage work investigated at my home. Initial contact with the company was very professional and they provided ETA estimates for when I could get service that were very accurate. Technician was very polite and professional and described what he needed to do. Ultimately, the problem was outside the home and the tech also helped with the call-out of the power company who fixed my serious issue in the end. I would use this company again in an emergency situation.
