They were fantastic helping us when our whole second floor lost power. We called this morning and had it fixed today. Thomas took his time to go through and explain everything and fixed our problem. I appreciate the extra time explaining how things work and answering all of my questions as a new home owner. We will definitely use them again!

Technician checked everything until he found the issue and made the repair. Company was upfront about the costs before service was performed. Good communication. The cost seemed a little high but response to call for service was good and service was good.

We had an issue with a broken light switch that affected almost half of our home. The electricians from Thomas Edison Electric came out the next morning, identified the issue, and resolve it in a couple of hours. They were very informative and helped explain the issue (so that we don't end up in the same position again). Would definitely recommend them for quick and thorough work.

From start to finish there was professionalism. There was a constant line of communication. Gentleman that came out was also super professional and friendly.

We were having several electric issues including a sparking outlet and a short we could not locate that kept tripping our breaker. My husband called after 10 at night and they responded in 15 minutes. Christian was able to come out the next morning. The company was in constant contact about the process and eta. Christian was on time, polite, and efficient. He fixed all our issues and explained everything. The pricing was reasonable as well. I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

We needed to have an old electric range that was hard-wired disconnected to it could be removed. We thought we would need to the new range hard-wired as well. We contacted Thomas Edison Electric (TEE). They clearly explained their terms and sent an electrician on the appointed day. He analyzed the situation and explained that code now requires that ranges be plugged to outlets. He explained how he would do the required work and provided a clear estimate, per TEE policy. He did the work, obtaining the needed supplies. As he was nearing completion, the new range arrived. The delivery people did not have a cord. Our TEE electrician said he would take care of it. He once again went out to get the wire he needed and quickly did the work. The TEE electrician was clear, considerate, professional, and efficient. We greatly appreciated his willingness to jump in at the end and solve the problem of the lack of a cord. We are VERY happy with the work done. TEE's team communicated clearly and provided services as promised. We highly recommend them and will certainly call them first if we have any other electrical needs!

They immediately returned our call. Someone was at our house first thing in the morning. He assessed the situation and gave a price. Said if more work was needed he would let us know. He crawled up in a very small area to run wires and solved our problem. We are grateful.

All was done very professionally and on a timely basis. Charles showed up on time, provided a proposal and did the work after explaining the scope of the job. It was a bit pricey but as this 8s our forever home we consider it a worthwhile investment.
