Our electrician was very friendly and eager to go over our concerns. He looked over everything very carefully and thoroughly; then proceeded to correct what was wrong. He listened to any and all of our questions and explained everything he did, so we could understand it. He also looked at other items of concerns for future upgrades, and let us know how they could best be resolved, in future visits. Shawn was on time, very understanding of my concerns (as an older woman),explained every step of the way what he was doing, why he was doing it and what to expect the results to be. It is an older home and he was knew exactly how to work on it which had worried me before I had called.He was very professional and when he was done reviewed again every thing that was done in way I could understand.He left the house as clean as if he had never been there. Electrician quickly addressed the issue, helped me fix the breaker and even hooked a new piece to my burner so it works now! The customer service reps were very good about communicating with me about my appointment and it was even moved up to an earlier day! Great customer service, called to check if time was still good for me and then updated me on the arrival of the electrician and sure enough, Shawn was here when they said he would be. He was professional and knew his stuff and had my kitchen set up with electricity in no time. I will definitely be using this company again for my next project.

As a licensed mechanical / civil engineer for nearly 30 years, I will typically handle most repairs to my home. However, when I suddenly lost power, I concluded it was best to defer to an experienced electrician. I had never actually hired an electrician before and with a search for companies near me, Thomas Edison Electric was at the top of the list. My initial call was readily answered and followed up by a representative a few minutes later to let me know the name of my technician and when I would expect him to arrive. I received another call letting me know he was on the way and would be here shortly. The technician arrived as expected. He was courteous and professional. He readily assessed the issue, explained what was necessary to correct the problem and promptly made the repair, as well as making additional checks to ensure everything was in working order. I received a subsequent call after the service was performed to verify it was completed to my satisfaction. I believe it only took about 90 minutes from the time I made the initial call to the time the power was back on. I was impressed by the technician’s knowledge and responsiveness of the company. It is quite apparent this company is a well-organized team, takes pride in their work and values their customers. Electrical issues can be very dangerous and it's reassuring to know that this exceptional company is committed to providing prompt quality service. Thank you!

I had an issue with an electrical circuit in my house. Thomas Edison Electric was quick, clear, and concise with their communication. The Electrician was on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it.

Tom was very nice and polite. He explained what was needed so that I could understand (I can barely replace a light bulb!). He got the job done quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after the job was done. I would definitely call Edison again.

The process went really well from start to finish. Called on a Saturday and was able to get a technician out by the following Monday. Technician Ely was punctual and very professional and did great work. Going over the projects and getting a quote was smooth and was able to get the work done same day as the quote which I have found to be rare. Had great follow up from the office staff too!

Response was quick, I could tell my electrician knew what he was doing, and even tho he couldn’t get the part needed until the next day, he was sure to leave my equipment in a way that would be safe until the next day
