Description of Work: My electric was out only one side of my condition. I thought “wow that’s weird), I hope the tech can fix it. DONTbe fooled by other companies, this one should be your go-to company. My tech’s name is Randy. He was very very punctual. He arrive a half an hour before he was supposed to get here….AWESOME! You don’t get that from ANY company! He was her about maybe 20ish minutes. He went through everything with us. Even that Randy came (he has 20 years behind him 👍) I would go with any of their techs. From Amy to Randy they made it a very comfortable and so friendly! Thomas Edison IS my company for life! THANK YOU THOMAS EDISON!!!!

He went the extra mile to fix a lot of issues with the old panel and had our power back on in just a few hours. He cleaned the whole work area, was very courteous, and was easy to work with.

He listened to my ideas on how to route the wiring so not to have to cut into the cellings. I recommend this company. They gave us professional help in a timely manner. He was able to get the material and complete the job in two days. Excellent service, knowledgeable and professional.

Took all my information and calmed me down, as I was nervous. Spoke with Lillian around 7Am and explained the process and how estimate would work. Our technician diagnosed an electrical problem that in less experienced hands would have likely cost us thousands of dollars, but due to his expertise, he had the diagnosis and resolution done in no time.
