For the actual project, we could not have asked for it to be smoother. They were incredibly polite and disrupted our days as little as possible. It was a three day project and each day, we received a call confirming they would arrive, they brought tarps to make sure they left no mess, they put up blockades to make sure our 1 year old would not run into anything dangerous, they brought a generator and hooked up our fridge and freezer, and they cleaned up completely at the end of each day. Most impressive, was whenever they ran into something that they didn’t anticipate, they fixed it as part of the project without changing the estimate. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

Thomas Edison Electric I discovered damaged electrical wiring in my yard. Being that I have a four year old who loves to play in our backyard, I started looking for an electrician who could make this situation safe for my son to play outside. I began looking online for electricians in my area and Thomas Edison Electric was the first one result, so I gave them a call. I am absolutely glad I did. From my initial call until the remedy of my problem, the entire staff was courteous, professional and caring. When the electrician arrived, he was professional, kind and courteous. I presented what I had found and he evaluated the problem, estimated the cost and upon agreement started the work. The work was finished to my satisfaction, for a fair price. I will wholeheartedly use Thomas Edison Electric again if I have another electrical problem.

I’m very happy with my whole experience with them. From the quick scheduling to the electrician that came here. The electrician definitely fell into some difficulties but through out he remained professional and still met my requirements to keep the dry wall holes to a minimum.

Difficult problem, took some time to troubleshoot, but they figured it out and restored our power.

The electrician was professional and very caring. He did and excellent job, he replaced an old ballast that was overheating. He explained the pricing, compared replacement lamps, and got them the same day. He cared about details and made sure the new lamp was perfectly installed. He cleaned up and was not annoyed at my little yorkshire terrier who can be obnoxious!! I highly recommend this company!

I called Thomas Edison for an electrical outlet that wasn’t working. Our technician Christian arrived promptly during the window when were told to expect him. I received several calls from the office with an estimated time of arrival prior to the appointment, plus calls to make sure everything went well, and I was satisfied. Christian was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and fix it during the appointment. He was friendly, pleasant and courteous. The electrician was very professional, and took his time to explain everything as he went along! I’ve done some electrical work in the past, but am not a professional. Sometimes you need to leave it up to the pros! Very satisfied with my experience, and would recommend to anyone.
