James was very professional, completed the work quickly and to a high standard. Even better was that my service was scheduled for a Monday and the team called me on a Saturday to see if I would like an earlier appointment on Saturday; extremely satisfied.

We had a major electrical problem at our house when after the recent storm, we lost all power. Once it was determined to be only us and not a general power outage, we struggled to find an electrician willing to come help us. Thankfully our handyman found Thomas Edison Electric and they were willing to send someone out to investigate and get us back up and running. The technician they sent out to us, Carlus, was wonderful. He was able to quickly determine what happened and got right to work to fix it. Unfortunately our main breaker blew and the entire box needed replacement. Carlus worked the entire day leaving our house about 8:30 in the evening. He was very respectful, diligent and obviously experienced , working steadily through the day. Carlus took lots of pictures and made a full report, documenting everything as he worked. We are hopeful that his report will help with our explaining things to our homeowners insurance. He took the time necessary to explain everything to us and to be sure we were comfortable with everything. Very shortly after he left, we received a call from the office to make sure we were happy with how he worked with us and with the job he did for us. They are now in direct communication with our Insurance Carrier. Can't ask for more than how everything has been handled thus far. So appreciative to have found this company and Carlus in our time of need. Thank you all so much!

Our electrician James was so thorough in explaining what he was going to do to troubleshoot our problem. He identified the problem quicker than we thought and corrected it. We loved the before and after pictures he showed us of the problem s d explained why it occurred . We will implement all other recommendations he provided us as well. The experience was so pleasant, professional awe will call again if we ever have a problem

I am thrilled with the work that Thomas Edison Electric performed in my home. Jim was professional, polite, personable, and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the excellent job he did fixing a wiring issue and installing pendants and dimmer switches. I was also very impressed with the excellent customer service from the office. Erica called after the work was done to ensure I was happy with everything. I’ve found my new electrician, will never use anyone else! Highly recommend!!!

Eli from Thomas Edison Electric provided prompt, professional and courteous service at our home. We had power run with an outdoor waterproof outlet to a location for a newly installed motorized awning, a different outlet cover replaced and a new solar powered pole light fixture installed. We will definitely hire Thomas Edison Electric again for our electrical needs and hope to have Eli again!

Excellent. I called in the morning and the job was done by the end of the day. The technician made suggestions that improved the end result. The communication was fantastic.

Everyone from the receptionists to the electrician is super courteous and professional. They are thorough and explain their process and payment protocols upfront. The electrician arrived a few minutes before the given window - so bonus points for that. The work was done well and in a timely manner. I will say the price I paid was a little higher than expected, but given that most other businesses I’ve contacted led to dead ends I was willing to pay to finally have the work done.

Eli was excellent! He was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. He solved our mystery power problem in a short time and have us great advice about our new home purchase. We are super grateful for the fast service on such short notice on a Saturday morning. Our ruined weekend was fixed just like that. We will definitely be using this company again and will even see if we can special request Eli. He was truly a delight.

I was astounded by how quickly T.E.E. was able to send an electrician to my home. The electrician Mike was very professional and courteous. All of the was completed quickly and to my satisfaction.

Excellent service. Lights out, breaker not doing anything -- I have exhausted my skillset. I called TEI, was given the option for someone to come out in the morning for an Emergency fee or afternoon for standard fee, some $200 less. I agreed to afternoon, but thirty minutes later received a call that someone would be by in the morning -- for the standard rate. The fellow who showed up was clean, polite, and good-humored. He was able to diagnose and resolve my problem inside perhaps 90 minutes. I'm quite pleased.

We had an amazing experience with Thomas Edison Electric Inc. Called them to add an extra outlet and fix wiring for 2 light fixtures and install. James our electrician was friendly, patient, professional and very understanding and thorough. He did the job in a timely manner. He was very engaging and let us know step by step what he had done for us. That is always a plus. Afterwards he cleaned up nicely. I would definitely call them again for other electrical jobs in the future. They are now out 1st choice for our electrical needs.

Jim found the problem quickly and fixed it in a timely matter. He really knew his trade and was very courteous. He also informed me after the repair what would be needed done soon, to upgrade some parts needed in our older home. Very professional and same day service.

Excellent from start to finish. I simply made the call within two hours I had a perfessional electrician at my doorstep. The job was difficult and it took a few hours to troubleshoot. However, I was a very satisfied customer. 5 start is an under rating for the perfessional service. I wish I could give a 10 star
