When I called yesterday, I was able to talk to a real person. They had availability today and told me what time of day to expect. They called 1st thing this morning and let me know . The electrician showed up promptly and did a very good job.

I feel it all went very well. Everything I wanted looked at got resolved and things are now working. Very profesional and courteous the whole entire time while in our home and explained everything that he was doing while doing it and after he was done.

Charles was great. He came out and left me know that I didn't need new wiring that I was afraid I needed and that I only needed the old dimmer switch replaced. He was a very personable and friendly young man and explained everything to me. If I ever need any electrical work done in the future I will definitely contact Thomas Edison Electric Incorporated. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I highly recommend Thomas Edison Electric for your electrical needs. I had a few older 2 prong outlets that needed to be replaced. I called them on Memorial Day and they came out the next day to give me a quote that I thought was very reasonable. He came on time and even earlier than expected. They were great in calling me and giving updates for when he will arrive. In only 2 hours, Piero completed the job. He was so friendly and answered every question I had. It was like having a friend in the house because of how personable he was. He even gave me quotes for other jobs I am considering. I am going to continue to use them for my electrical needs moving forward and I highly recommend you do the same!

The Thomas Edison team did a wonderful job. From the office staff who walked me through everything to expect as soon as we called to the electrician who came out also kept us up in the loop; the whole team was great at communicating. Dave, the electrician, who speedily arrived late Friday evening over Memorial Day weekend, was friendly but professional, and quickly got to work assessing the issue (which thankfully turned out to not be as dire as we thought) and walked us through what each next step would be. Excellent service!

I recommend this company for electrical services. From start to finish, it was a professional service with great communication and transparency. Was able to install whole home arrestor on day of service with no prior notice on my part. I will use them again in the future for my electrical needs.

We had Thomas Edison Electric come out to our home to rewire our oven outlet and it was an amazing experience. Their employee, David, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable answering all of our questions, even the ones that weren't about the rewiring he was here for. I love the fact that they call you before they dispatch their employee(s) as well for confirmation that you're home and available. Highly convenient! I have done a lot of business in Pennsylvania, but I can honestly say that the professionalism and courtesy that I experience with Thomas Edison Electric Incorporated was far superior to any I have had. After all, what business actually answers the phone when you call them? But not only did they answer the phone, but just a couple of hours later I had a professional electrician at my house to help us with our problem. An hour later, problem solved. Worth every penny and will be using them again! Very happy customers.
