They came out the same day and even came back out again without charging us more.

I had a two switch dimmer outlet that one of them went out. Called TE. Emailed them via Yelp, very quick response and communication. They set me an appt for Monday but called later to say they found someone that could come out late today. Tech arrived on time, was very professional and quick. I will say later I found them to be a bit pricey, the part they used I found was less than $30 and they charged me $163 each. But no labor charge just a $95 dispatch fee so I guess that's how they make up for it. I know nothing about electrical boxes w/2 dimmer boxes so I had to call a professional. Again, great service and very professional.

Great! The whole experience was awesome! First they responded back to me so quickly. Were very upfront about the service call and explained all the pricing. Eli was the technician and he was so great. On time was really early I loved that. He was professional , kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Jason was early, courteous, and very patient with our chaotic kitchen. We had a leak which resulted in replacing appliances and he was very patient as he worked around our installers. He cleaned the workspace afterwards which meant a lot to me not having to tidy up. The main office worked with us to find a service and price that we could afford, and we are very grateful for that. Definitely will call them again when we need the help! Thank you for helping us through a stressful homeowner moment!

The website allowed me to schedule for my own appointment, I received multiple great calls from the customer service lines. The electrician was upfront and honest about pricing and gave me multiple options for my solution.

We called for a emergency service wire replacement as a fallen tree took down the wire from the meter to the public utility wire. James arrived on time and quoted us a price and began work immediately. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would hire and recommend them again.
