Turnaround was very fast, called TE Sun evening 0800 and their technician David Tritt appeared at my house 0945 Mon AM. Appreciated up front assessment of costs involved with the various repair scenarios to the kitchen countertop outlet which controlled the over the range microwave and toaster oven.. Mr. Tritt was very professional and methodical, quickly found problem was no further than the outlet itself. Replaced necessary parts. I originally thought microwave died but it was alive and well! Would definitely consider Mr. Tritt to return to my home for future electrical projects.

We were in need of an emergency service call late on a Saturday (just before a holiday) at a commercial location. We had a machine that suddenly malfunctioned, and we needed a full diagnosis of the electrical components and wiring before deciding to order a new motor for a commercial machinery, and we needed this done quickly. Thomas Edison was able to accommodate us and sent a technician within a few hours. The tech who arrived was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and respectful of our property and situation. He came prepared and tested every electrical component. He fully understood what the business owner knew and didn't repeat any of the tasks and tests that were not necessary and went right to the source of the issue. He clearly explained everything he did and did an exemplary job of breaking down how he came to his diagnosis. Overall, it was one of the best commercial service call experience I've ever had. The service tech really knew his trade and I never, at any point, felt like I was being duped as is often the case when dealing with emergency commercial service calls. He cleaned up the area as best as he could and prepared the wiring nicely to make it easier for us to replace the motor. This situation could have been a lot worst, but we were able to get the machine back up and running with minimal down time and Thomas Edison played a huge part in this.

so i had a severely outdated and antiquated service, and sunday afternoon it finally died. in a panic i found thomas edison electric, called and was scheduled for that very afternoon. the electrician came out and quickly and efficiently found my issue. the main feed was shot, on closer inspection he found it all a severe fire and safety hazard. i received a fair and explained estimate, and a very fast turn around time of the following day. i contacted my insurance and the issue was quickly set up for repair. thomas edison electric co and their employees are amazing and went above and beyond every step.

Thomas Edison Electric did a refurbishment of the main circuit box in my house yesterday. Their electrician was professional, clean, friendly and polite. He showed me what he would do in advance and patiently answered all my questions. The house is nearly 50 years old and it was all original circuitry, corrupted by extensive humidity in the area. The job was further complicated by a standby generator and its circuitry which was installed 10 years ago. It took several hours and he only took one short brake for lunch. When it was finished he took time to show me all he had done, explain it and answer my guestions again. I highly recommend Thomas Edison Electric.

I am so thankful I found Thomas Edison Electric!! It is wonderful to have a 24/7 company available if it is needed. They were the only company I called that had a live person answer the phone and start the process for making an appointment for me. It was a somewhat urgent problem, and they were to send someone that day. Eli was very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained everything as well as the cost before he continued with the job. He cleaned up thoroughly and, before leaving, made sure we didn’t have any other concerns or questions. I received a follow up phone call from the company shortly after Eli left to make sure all went well and everything done to my satisfaction. The service from start to finish was extremely exceptional! I would highly recommend this company, especially if it is an urgent situation. They get a 5 star recommendation from me!

We called Thomas Edison Electric and a person answered and dispatched Josh, who was at our house within one hour of us calling. He was courteous, professional and best of all he restored our service within an hour of his arrival.

Once again Eli from Thomas Edison Electric was able to service our electric needs! We are adding a tv to our outdoor terrace and needed to have an outlet run to that specific location as there was no existing outlet where the tv will be mounted. Thomas Edison Electric sent Jasin to my house to help me understand some of the interesting wiring of an old home - not only was Jasin extremely professional and help full, he was a real pleasure to meet. He worked diligently helping me understand the nuances of the home and fixed/corrected some of the issues that we had been encountering with switches, circuits and even outlets. Huge thank you to Jasin and Edison for helping us stay safe and out of the dark.
