Built It Construction is a fully licensed, insured, and experienced company that offers a wide variety of services to fit both your needs and your budget. We have 10 employees and very rarely have to sub contract any of our work. Our billing procedures are simple and straight forward. We usually ask for half the total cost as a deposit. This will allow us to purchase materials and schedule our labor force for your job. We then typically require 1/4 of the remaining balance half way through the job with the other 1/4 being due upon reasonable satisfactory completion of the work. We are willing to work with special circumstances on the payment schedule on a case by case basis.

Maybe a few repairs to get ((big or small)) your security deposite back? No problem!? We know what it takes to get your move done right. Thats why we get to move families everyday. Do you have very fragile, expensive, unscratched furnature that you want to keep that way? We do this everyday. Don't risk your belongings in the hands of men who dont have the experience. We disassemble everything and reassemble everything as needed. Our rates are unbeatable. Our service is fast, friendly and professional. Our rates are $20 an hour for two or more laborers with a minimum of 2 hours during weekdays. On weekends our rates are $25 an hour for two or more laborers with a minimum of 2 hours.

"The installation of the solar panels, inverters and the battery went well. I signed the contract in July of 2022, install was in December of 2022, and went online in early 2023. The system has functioned properly. The bad side is the customer service. When I signed the contract, I paid extra to have them trim a tree that was shading part of the panel setup. That was July of 2022, it's not October of 2023 and they still have not done it. Despite several follow ups, I have gotten nowhere. I would not recommend."
