"We had them install a water heater in Dec 2022. Since them all faucets in the house are sputtering when using hot water -- a problem commonly associated with faulty installation of new hot water heaters. We contacted Tudi, but they refuse to come and check their installation without us payong a 100$ fee -- to check their own work! We probably should have gone with any big box store to install the water heater -- cheaper and same customer service."

"Chris promptly called me back. He had me do a couple of things while we were on the phone to make certain a breaker wasn’t tripped. After it was determined a breaker was not the problem, Chris made an appointment for two days later. This was not a problem that needed immediate attention. I was pleased that I did not have to wait long for an appointment. Chris arrived on time and quickly determined the problems. He was able to fix both the lamppost and porch light by taking apart both fixtures and fixing the problems. He even went so far as to go to Lowe’s to get the parts that he needed. He quickly returned and fixed both lights! I truly believe that most other electricians would have told me that both lights needed to be replaced. Instead, Chris took the time to take the lights apart and put them back together after fixing both lights. He saved us so much money, by being willing to fix our lights. Having us buy new lights, would have meant a second service call to put the new lights in. I would definitely recommend Chris and Rodden Electric! I will call him again when a problem arises. I was extremely pleased with the service."

"If you are considering a kitchen/bathroom remodel please read this review. Our kitchen renovation project was started on May 7th. We are now on the cusp of entering the 5th month for this project and our kitchen is still not completed. To make matters worse I haven’t seen ANYONE from Brookside for a MONTH! We had sent an email to the construction manager and never received a response. The sad thing is that this was an ongoing experience during our remodel. They would work for a couple of days and then I wouldn’t see nor hear from anyone for a week +. (This happened way more then we would have expected). The only way I got them to show up was to continually call. I would have to call repeatedly to get my microwave hooked up. I would have to repeat the process to make sure someone was going to hookup our stove, plumbing, etc. I’ve paid 60K so far and I had to be a pseudo project manager! I now have my existing hardware floor cracking because we have been waiting for Brookside to finish the floor with a transition piece. I still have live wires exposed and holes still left in the wall. FOUR months and I still do not have all of my appliances hooked up in my kitchen. Cabinets that came in damaged still have not been replaced. It pains me to write this review but I honestly don’t know what to do at this point. This project has totally been mismanaged and communication has been nonexistent! I will say that the workers who have performed the work have been good to work with. The cabinets that we ordered we are happy with and Classic Rock, who performed the fabrication for the granite did an AWESOME job! (We did not have a conventional layout). If Brookside would have completed this project in a reasonable time frame (I was originally told they would be finished around the 4th of July) then I would have had a much more positive experience."
