They are very excellent at their job. They are neat and clean. They are very punctual, polite, friendly and exhibited professionalism in their work.

We called Inspect It 1st to come in and inspect the house we wanted to buy. There were lots of great review so we decided they'd be the best bet. We are so pleased we chose them!! I submitted a quote request via their website late one night and early the next morning I received a call and we scheduled the appointment several days later. We received freidnly reminders via txt & email that our inspector Tom would meet us at the home at 8am. Not only was he on time but he beat us to the appointment! Tom was extremely friendly and patiently when we asked questions. As we proceeded through the house Tom was very detailed and was quick to explain what he was looking at and also explaining both when things looked good & when things weren't so good. He provided us with so much information about the working of our house to be. His vast knowledge and experience made our inspection stress free. Thank you Tom! I would highly recommend Inspect It 1st and would use them again if we ever plan on moving that is.

Tom K, our inspector, was very knowledgeable and professional. He exhibited a friendly demeanor during the entire process. I arrive at the house about 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment; Tom was there and had already set up the radon detector in the basement. As first time home buyer my fiance and I were unsure of a lot of things. Tom was very patient and answered all of our questions (no matter how big or small). His explanations were thorough and we felt very at ease with him. It was a very enjoyable experience (as far as home inspections go) and we would definitely recommend Inspect-It 1st and Tom as your inspector!

The service provided by this vendor went great! They were more than prompt. They arrived at the property (early) and had most of the exterior inspection completed by the time I arrived. I was very impressed. The remaining of the inspection went well and provided me with a very detailed report of the inspection.

These guys are great. My overall experience has been great and they were very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again if I have to. Their prices were competitive and comparable.

While the company provided the necessary inspection, the inspector himself seemed to miss quite a few issues. I was able to be present for the inspection, and noticed items that were of concern, and I am not an inspector.

Tom was incredibly professional and knowledgable. He had no problems with me asking a million questions, and pointed out some potential problems he found but also let us know how this house compared to others that were in the same price range (personal perspective, off the record). I found the company to be very good, and would say that when inspecting such a large purchase as a home, paying the extra little bit to have it done right was well worth it.

We didn't have any problems. The appointment was easy to set up. Chris showed up ahead of the scheduled time. I learned a lot by talking with him about the things that he found.

Tom arrived early and began on the roof and provided clear results of issues that would need to be addressed by the sellers. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the inner workings of household mechanics. First home time buyer should expect to learn a great deal about what to look for when inspecting a potential new home. This guy is good!

Home inspection itself went well, report was delivered within 24 hours. I pointed out a few things to the inspector, which he included in the report, which was great. The one thing I didn't like that much: I got several unsolicited phone calls and emails weeks and even months after the inspection was done, trying to sell me alarm systems and similar things. I am not sure if these calls were directly from the inspection company or if they provided my contact info to other companies, but they referred to the inspect it 1st during their phone calls.

It went very well. He explained everything thoroughly, he was professional, and he was on time; it was a positive feedback. I had to pay more than the Big Deal price.

They were very helpful and they took a lot of time to explain things to us. We are first time home buyers so he took a lot of time going over each part of the inspection. He was very thorough. We were very happy. Tom was the person who came out and did the inspection. We had a very good experience with them. I would highly recommend them. They were very professional and their communication was good. They were very prompt in getting the report back to us. I would say within two days we had the inspection report we needed for the house to close.

When I arrived at the scheduled time for the inspection, Tom had already inspected the roof and outside of the property. He showed me everything he noticed outside the property before we went inside. From that point he proceeded at a fast but deliberate pace to inspect everything, explaining to me as things went on, telling me basic suggestions on how to fix the things I could fix myself and whether or not they were safety issues. I had a full run-down of everything in the house - from major issues to minor notes that I may want to address at some point - and he was also fun, which made everything less stressful! I received the report only hours after the inspection. (Excluding the radon report which required an additional two days in order to guarantee accurate readings, and which arrived promptly as promised). They were also able to schedule my home inspection merely days after I called, which helped a lot as this is a fast settlement.

They were suppose to call me on Friday but never did, I ended up calling them Monday. I tried to set up the appointment and gave a brief overview of the property I needed inspected. They immediately booked an appointment, didn't mention anything about paying additional cost. They then emailed later me saying I had to pay extra totally about $490, which is preposterous and they never mentioned it when I had called to make the initially appointment. I had three other companies I called for quotes that where not near that expensive.

We were going out of town and needed someone to do an inspection on a house we are buying before we left in two days. No other company could do it as quickly, and some companies could not do all the things we wanted inspected, including septic and water testing. They did it all. They are a little more expensive than other companies we called, but they came through for us and did a very thorough job. The inspectors were very helpful, gave us good tips and were extremely friendly and accessible for questions. Very happy.

Tom was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions without hesitation. He took his time and was very thorough throughout the inspection. He also gave me helpful tips along the way to improve certain things about the property. I had my inspection report by 3 pm (Inspection started at 8am)

Wow - as first time homebuyers, we were a little nervous about the home inspection process. Tom and Chris were fantastic. Not only were they on time, professional and easy to talk to, they were knowledgeable and thorough. Tom walked us through shut off valves and switches and basically oriented us to the workings of the home. He identified very specific items in need of repair and had the electronic report (along with pictures) available by that evening! Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Chris was at the house when I arrived. He answered any question s I had and did an excellent job overall.
