I hired them in Sept 2024 to replace oil tanks, and while they arrived on time, the installation was reckless?they cut through two floor joists instead of properly routing the fill line, compromising my home's structural integrity. They dismissed my concerns and promised a repair that never happened. Even if they had, it would only matter if it passed a home inspection. I?m now facing costly repairs, zero accountability, and the worst service I?ve ever experienced. Don't let Sal or his crew near your home."

"We had a tree cut down a few years ago and never had the stump removed. It was out of the ground about 2 feet. We hired Murf and Machine to have it removed with a backhoe. It was a stubborn stump, it took him around 3-4 hours to get it out of the ground and then moved out of the way to another part of our property. This was fun to watch. We recommend Murf and Machine."

"Jonathan provides excellent communication prior to & during the project. He coordinates with other professionals as needed to complete his projects such as landscaping, as was needed in our case. A shout out to Tony Angeli & his crew for their landscaping layout & skills. In our case, Jonathan not only had to tear out a significant amount of old shrubbery & dispose of it, but did minor regrading, provided a French drain with tie-ins to our downspouts, & provided a finished landscape project with a very impressive finished project. Another shout out to his dad, John, who worked side by side with Jonathan on our project. This crew is very impressive, hard-working, and determined to satisfy every need of their customer. "Hired Charlie even though he was roughly 20% more than the other bids I got. He came highly reviewed so after being burned by a previous contractor I did not want to take chances. It all started off good. His work is great and the end job was well done. The issue is he did not do the entire job that we originally agreed upon which included taking trash left over from a demo from the previous contractor. Also, he did 90% of my yard and grass seeded it but then at the end says the agreement did not include the other 10% which was also messed up and needed to be done. Who in their right mind would not want the other 10% done as well even if it cost a little more? I told him originally I wanted the entire yard done and trash gone When we originally talked I told him I wanted a contract, I asked him two more times before he even started working. Even at the end of the work I still do not have a contract. He finished 85% of what we agreed upon and then still expected his entire payment, now I seen why he did not make a contract. Then he got mad and threatened to call the zoning officer on me for the trash that he left on my back porch, and would not you know it the zoning officer shows up a few days later to give us a warning. So much trash that it broke the back porch so that now it needs to be repaired. He also cracked my concrete entry to my driveway with his dump truck which I will also have to get fixed. In conclusion, Charlie does good work but make sure you get a contract before he does any work because he will change the agreement on you and still expect full payment."

"Rich and his team did a fantastic job!! They pruned a 50ft Pin Oak that was riddled with dead branches, top to bottom, but also removed unsafe branches that extended out over the street and our 40ft home. They also pruned a 50ft Tulip tree to allow for more sunlight to internal branches for more efficient growth. Neighbors agree both trees look 100% healthier and beautiful to look at. Rich also removed a 40 ft Spruce Pine between our home and the neighbors, in close proximity (11ft), by donning his climbing gear and dropping the tree in no time. It is a science.
