The service was great, just what I was hoping for. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The workmanship was impeccable. The electrician showed up on time, was responsive to our requests (we changed the work order), and cleaned up very thoroughly.

Another contractor quoted $400 to run a line from the washer/dryer to the circuit breaker, but Masters did this and even installed a new light fixture for me for under $200. Very courteous, punctual and got the job done quickly.

All of the work and the recommendations were right in line with the services that I requested. I would recommend them.

Electrician was prompt, friendly and professional. I had a problem with one of the outlets a couple of weeks after the installation. I called them and they returned my call promptly and sent someone out to fix it. I would definitely call them again.

Was very pleased with the service received. The electrician arrived as scheduled, installed items provided and removed old fixtures.

Purchased a Big Deal for 2 hours of electrical service. Scheduling the work was easy though it was a few weeks before they could come out to the house to do the work due to the additional work they had coming in from the Angie's list deal. The installation of the chandelier and the receptacle went well and they completed the work exactly as we had hoped. A couple of dimmer switches were also installed however the electricians were not familiar with the dimmers we purchased and could not complete the installation of the dimmers in a three way situation and indicated that I needed a different dimmer switch. After consulting the manufacturer I found that I did have all the correct switches. While I was pleased with the work overall, it was inconvenient to have to schedule another electrician to complete the three way dimmer install.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the company not being able to perform the service. They were very professional and polite.

I ended up doing the work myself, and eating the dollars spent on the big deal.

The install sent well - there was some issues with the generator and it "de-polarized" the magnets. But Eric got on the phone with customer support and worked thru the problem and all is well.

Don came out at the time promised, and immediately went to work. He fixed the old electrical outlet for my new electric dryer, noted the correct GFI outlets that needed to be updated, fixed outside outlets that were not waterproof. He then went to a great deal of effort to try to locate where a mystery electrical cord went in the back yard that was buried, and safely was able to get rid of it. I appreciated his efficient work style and he cleaned up after himself. He was able to get me an estimate for some further work I need to have done, and I have hired him and Master Electrical Services company to come back in October for this job. Efficient, reliable and cost-effective. Very courteous also.

He arrived within the scheduled time frame. He came unprepared for the work stated in the original details of the deal: to straighten out and securely fasten some 'spaghetti' mess of wiring, and replace/upgrade two basement outlet boxes; he had to travel to our local big box store to purchase the two outlet boxes. I should have secured my pets better because he left doors open to the outside in both the basement and 1st floor areas --. no animals were lost The basement work took less time then I imagined, and because he couldn't issue credit on 'the deal', I identified another small job for him to replace two exterior outlet boxes. He *did* have two of these boxes on his truck and he finished this work within an hour. I still had an hour of services remaining on 'the deal' and he said I was able to 'transfer' this hour for work to be performed at my mother-in-law's house: install a new fluorescent light fixture in her basement. Because of delays at his preceding job, he was unable to get to my mother-in-law on the first day they had agreed on; he did make it to her house on the second date they agreed to. His communication through the Angie's List message was timely and thorough. He could have done a better job with phone contact on the days of service, as his calls came in the last minutes of the scheduled time frame.

Eric arrived at the scheduled time. He went to work correcting the sconces that I had incorrectly wired and replacing the switches (1 of 4 was bad) and dimmer. The switches are on the second and third floors and dimmer is on the first floor. He allowed me to oversee his work the entire time and showed me my mistakes. After about 1.5 hours, the problems were resolved an the sconces and overhead lights worked perfectly. He then wired the new outlets. I'm a DIYer. It was nice to have pro answer my questions without making me feel like an idiot. I would definitely hire Master's again.

From the initial contact through the end of the job, Eric and his crew were great. They arrived promptly and began to set up. The lamp boxes and the flood light was installed in about 3 hours total. No problems were encountered. After everything was completed, Eric cleaned the area with his shop vac. Anything that he had to move was replaced. This work was done about 2 months ago. The lights have been working great and are problem free. Thank you Master's Electric!!!

It went fantastic. I can understand why they are so highly rated. Helpful with suggestions and very skillful. Iam extremely pleased and would definitely call them again!

They were late, but did call. 2 guys came. One was an electrician and one a helper. They did the work I wanted quickly and were professional. Have had a difficult time scheduling them to return and finish.

Lost electricity to all outside outlets during one of our many storms. Sounds simple enough but after our frequent attempts to reset outlets, turn circuit breakers on and off we still could not get power back on to these outlets. Were told by other electrical companies we probably had a major problem, it may be expensive and we had to wait a week til they could get to us. When I called Master's Electrical Service I was immediately told we probably had another reset button somewhere in the house and they could probably fix it quickly and cheaply. When the technician arrived a few days later, he also tried to reset the outlets to no avail. He checked out and tested the circuit breakers along with all the outlets themselves. When there seemed to be no serious problem, he immediately started looking for another reset button/outlet. Previous owners had remodeled and I could not recall ever seeing another reset button/outlet anywhere. My kids, the technician and myself searched the entire house, garage and basement for this reset button. After 15 minutes the technician found the second reset button/outlet on the outside of the house behind a bush that we had never noticed before. This was a silly and uncomplicated matter, but the technician was at my house for about 45 minutes trying to fix this simple dilemma. He only charged me $35 for the whole service. Although it did not require any "repairs" he could have easily charged me $100 or more for the hour. I am not an electrician, but if this company knew what the problem was immediately, why didn't the other companies I called? Other electricians wanted to charge me much more and could not fit me into their busy schedules. I highly recommend this honest company. They knew it was a simple problem and charged accordingly.

Masters Electric did a great job installing our outdoor outlet, a service we purchased through the Big Deal. They were able to schedule in a timely fashion, showed up on time, and the work was efficient and professional.

All work was performed by the owner. He found out that one of the outlets just had burnt light bulbs, once they were replaced it worked correctly. Setup the security light outside of the garage and set it to come on when the car pulled into driveway to go into the garage. It has been working perfectly since he installed it. Had issues with the doorbell (the instructions that came with the device were not very clear) but he was able to get it up and working very quickly. Replaced another outlet in the kitchen that was no longer working. This is the third time that I have used this company and I have always been extremely happy and very pleased with the work that they do. I would not hesitate to contact him again nor to refer him to friends or family who are looking to have electrical work performed. We have had conflicts with the schedule but we always seem to work it out with a minimum of stress.

Eric did a nice job in making sure that the fixtures that we purchased were installed to our satisfaction and were in good working order. We had purchased an Angie's List deal, and he let us know when we reached the time frame of the deal and verify if we wanted him to keep going to complete the installation of all of the fixtures that we had purchased for installation. He worked quickly and efficiently while being thorough in his work. We would definitely use his services again.

I am working with them. They are doing the work right now. They are doing part of it, and they are going to finish up on the 14th. They did a very good job. They came out, gave me a quote and followed it up a little bit later. They responded promptly. They were very good. The quote was $1000. They were truthful, and they knew what they were doing. The guy seemed to know what he was doing, and it was reasonable. Their responsiveness was very good.
