Description of Work: Don is quite the professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was prompt for the scheduled appointment to perform the inspection and delivered a full report the same day. His knowledge and honesty were greatly appreciated and provided me with the peace of mind that I so greatly needed in regards to a potential damaging mold issue in my home that is only seven years old. I would use Don again without a doubt.

Description of Work: I called this company and talked to Don. When I described my concern for back mold that I noticed. He asked me where and what area did it cover. He then proceeded to explain that it seemed to be contained on the floor 3ft. by 4ft. He then took the time to explain, in detail, how i could remove it including what precautions to take. i found him to be very professional and honest. He could have booked the job and I would not have known any different. To find someone this professional and honest is rare these days. I would highly recommend him because this shows the integrety that he has and would apply to any job.

Description of Work: I'm a realtor and needed an estimate for mold remediation on one of my listings. Don came out and did the inspection. He was very thorough and got me the report the same day! Plus when we were leaving my battery was dead and he tried valiantly to get my car started for me! Super nice person, efficient and thorough!

Description of Work: I have mold in my utility room (washer& dryer) area. I believe I called on a Thursday and Don came out the following Monday. He looked at my problem and explained in detail what I needed to do. Luckily, it is something I can do myself. I really appreciated his honesty and definitely will recommend him to others.

Description of Work: I had worked with Servpro for an estimate before closing on the house and wasn't happy with them. They didn't describe much, made a lot of assumptions and didn't take the time to talk to us about our concerns. We had mold covering the attic on one side and in the basement with some water damage. I called Airtech from seeing their good ratings on angies list, he came out right away within 24 hours I believe took pictures, gave an extremely detailed and thorough report and gave a day when he could remediate the mold. I haven't had it done yet, but I'm sure it will be quality...it is a bit pricey but for that kind of specialty niche and his personal service, it's worth every penny
