Hi. First, let me apologize for you experience with our company. We are a small family owned company and, as you can see from all of our other reports, pride ourselves in taking care of our customers needs better than anyone else in our industry. Being a small family company, all phone calls come directly to MY cell phone which is either on me or in the truck if i am doing an inspection or remediation for a customer. If i miss a call while i am out on the road, i normally call the customer and let them know i got their message and will call them back when i get to the office...but i call EVERYONE back. The only reason you would not have received a return phone call from me is either a) the message was to garbled to hear a number, b) the customer leaves a detailed message but forgets to leave a phone number to call them back at or c) if i never received the message at all. All of these situations have happened in the past and again, i would never intentionally not call a valued customer back. With the state of our economy, work is too hard to come by to blow people off. If you haven't had your mold issues addressed yet and are still interested in having a free inspection, i would love the opportunity to help you address your needs.
