Description of Work: Lots of small jobs needed to be done on older house. Spoke to Dale on the phone and he was professional and responsive. Work got spread out as other critical jobs for Bergey 's after a major storm got in the way and also parts had to ordered or made. Worker was a top notch worker and professional. Lots of hours on small jobs and details over numerous days and months caused hourly labor rate to get very foggy and I thought it was in the total a bit too high, but the work was professionally done and I couldn't say enough about the man sent to do the jobs. I would use them again.

+ 0 moreI FIRST DISCUSSED MY NEEDS OVER THE PHONE & WAS GIVEN AN APPROXIMATE ESTIMATE OF THE WORK. THE ELECTRICIAN WAS PROMPT, VERY PROFESSIONAL & HELPFUL AND PATIENT. HE ACCOMMODATED ALL OF MY REQUESTS EFFICIENTLY. I REQUESTED A QUOTE ON ANOTHER PROJECT & WAS PROMPTLY CALLED IN 24 HOURS WITH A QUOTE. THE OVERALL COST WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME SPENT (ABOUT 4 HOURS). THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THE ELECTRICIAN WHO COMES OUT CANNOT QUOTE YOU A PRICE FOR ANYTHING. HE TAKES HIS HOURS SPENT & THE COMPANY BILLS YOU. BUT THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE.
Description of Work: SEVERAL SMALL CHANGES. REPLACED MULTIPLE OUTLETS, INSTALLED CEILING FAN REMOTE, CONVERTED 220 OUTLET TO A 120. INSTALLED GFCI OUTLETS.
