The technician arrived on time, completed the high quality job in less than 30 minutes. The Bill (labor and parts $129.00. Very reasonable. We moved here in late 1985. I have used Bergey Electric EXCLUSIVELY, the entire time. Previous work: Add Electrical Circuit; new code work for existic 240 circuit for new Electric range; installation of bedroom ceiling fan, and bathroom exhaust fan; replace circuit breaker when my box was water damaged from sump pump leak, reinstalled my outdoor electrical box that was falling off outdoor siding. Highly Recommended. Accept no substitutes.

Super helpful and patient in helping me to figure out why my microwave was dead, as well as helping me to find the proper part. Best part - no judgement that as a 52 year old woman I was looking to fix it myself. Thank you!

Everything went very well.  They were very professional, prompt and showed great attention to detail.  The estimate was right on target.  The work was completed with minimal disruption to our daily activities.  They did an excellent job!  The track lighting looks beautiful and really upgraded both the aesthetics and the illumination of our living room.  We have never had any problems with it, only needing to replace bulbs when they burn out.  The other lighting in the bedroom and bath also looks great and has been problem-free.  We feel much safer with the electrical upgrade and replacement of the old, unsafe wiring in our 215 y.o. farmhouse house.  I/we highly recommend Bergey's for any electrical work, major or minor that you need done.  We would not use anyone else!   I can't say enough about how courteous, prompt and professional they were, even cleaning up after themselves to the point that you could not even tell they were there!  Except that everything looks and functions so much better!  We are thinking about adding more track lighting and a few other upgrades and will certainly use Bergey's, again, for our next job.  We give Bergey's the highest rating.

I called to get pricing to find out how much it would cost to have a repair person come and look at my dishwasher. I realize they can't give a specific cost. I was told $79.95 to even have them walk in the door plus the cost of parts and labor. I asked for the labor rates and was told anywhere between $30 and $120 per hour... really?? I ended the call. That is just too much of a spread to even consider scheduling an appointment.
They were very professional, polite and nice. I just don't have the deep pockets to justify an appointment.

I needed an electrician to come out to house and remove rooftop spotlights, which I had forgotten about, and deadup the wires ASAP so my siding technicians can complete their work on the rooftop soffits. I called Bergey's the day before the siding guys came out and  Bergey's  came the next morning on his first stop to accommodate the time when the installers would be there!!!!  Great customers service !!! I used Bergey's before and it all worked out well.

They have been great responders to my issues with appliances. They are always eager to help me fix something under warranty if they can. They always check that out. They are very responsive, very prompt and very polite. It is a family-run business and it has been there for years. They are very good at repairing and they will find a part and they will do anything to fix it if I want to keep a machine. The last time I used them I spent $6 but I haven’t got the part yet. I would rate them highly.

I have used Bergey's in the past for electrical work but this is the first time I used them for an appliance repair. As usual I was very satisfied with their service and price. Making appointments is easy and fairly convenient. The repair person arrived right on time. He quickly found the cause of the problem and made the repair on the spot. (a foreign object had blocked the propeller of the drain). He also corrected a problem with my ceiling fan's light fixture. The repair person was very professional, polite and helpful. The only downside is that they do not provide you with a bill at the time of the visit. A bill is sent to you in the mail within 2 weeks. The tech's don't always know what the final bill will be. However, in the past, I have asked for an estimate while making the appointment & before the work was done, and they have been right on. Since their labor costs are very reasonable I have never felt like I was over charged. I had previously used a local appliance repair person in the past but felt his prices were much higher. So I will be using Bergey's again for appliance repair if/when needed.

I received a written estimate as asked within 1 hour. The Bergey's electrician was at home to complete the work within minutes of my receiving e-mail and authorizing the agreed upon estimate, and proposal. The work was completed within an hour. The quality and professionalism was excellent. I thought the price was a little high, but not much. And, I always get more than what I paid for with Bergey's. I will not use any other company for my electrical service needs.

Repair person showed up on time, worked quickly to diagnose, and fixed quickly. Turned out to be the switch that senses when the lid was down.

Accurate, prompt estimate agreed upon provided. work started and completed within 1 weel as agreed. All work completed within 3 hours,. Site completely cleaned. Billed $450 as agreed by USPS appx 1 month later.

We have used Bergey Electric 2x before and will definitely use them again. My next door neighbor also recently had major work completed by Bergey's (repeat customer as well).

I would not think of using someone else at any price.
