"Shawn was very responsive to our inquiry. He made an appointment for the next day and came and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond as the job was more involved because I didn't understand the complexity of bathroom ceiling fans ( I thought it was a simple exchange when it was the newer model of the existing model) He was so kind, professional and did a great job! Highly recommend."
