"They really did an exceptional job. The deck rebuild was a complicated job. The deck wasn’t built correctly originally so CM Contracting had to extensively modify the structure. They really did a great job. The deck looks really great, and I think I now have the strongest deck in the Lehigh Valley. The chimney work was a big concern of mine going into the job. The previous owner of the house let the chimney cap rust, and the rust stains ran down the Dryvit. It really looked bad. Chris worked with his paint supplier to get the color to match perfectly. He had Sherwin Williams out to my house on several occasions because Chris wanted it done right. It far exceeded my expectations, and now looks perfect. The caulking and power washing all went well too. I would highly recommend CM Contracting. Chris is very responsive. We would communicate often via phone or txt. His crew is great too. Deck lights worked initially but now are not working, but that may be faulty lights not his fault. There was some paint that was dripped on brick walkway on a day I was rushing the worker because I had appointment.

"Alick Smith Roofing was a very good company from start to finish.  Someone answered the phone promptly when I called about a roof replacement estimate.  They made an appointment for someone to come over and look at the roof on my home.  That person arrived promptly, was quick, courteous and efficient.  He explained the work, materials and time the job of roof replacement would take.  I was offered 2 choices of type of shingle (GAF Timberline or Altas Pinnacle) and a variety of colors in both.  The written estimate arrived in the mail 2 days later.  The estimate was competitive with other estimates that I had received.  I mailed a deposit with the signed contract and the work was scheduled for the next week.  The roofing crew arrived early in the morning and they started promptly to rip off the old roof.  Then a supervisor arrived in a separate truck.  Shortly thereafter, a dumpster arrived for the old roofing debris.  Then a flatbed truck arrived with the roofing materials.  All the men on the crew were polite, industrious and efficient.  I never heard a hint of foul language amongst them and they stopped only briefly to eat lunch.  One of the men showed me the underlay that was being installed when I asked about it.  The roof took about 7 hours to replace.  They quickly cleaned up around my home and on the decks, handed me an invoice and left.  I am extremely pleased with the work that was done."
