"Installed defective pool liner. Had huge melt marks at every seam also spliced several pieces together to make liner large enough for pool. Did not match pattern of liner up when pieces were spliced. He would not replace liner. Owner is very arrogant and rude."

I have been in business for 15 years. When I start a job I do not leave until it is fully completed and customer is fully satisfied.
