I paid a total of 1190, that includes installation but, there is a big but here, in fact its sitting in my living room right now, the big box, the dish washer because the company couldn't install it because we have copper plumbing and they couldn't do it because I think they screw up apparently, it cost them money and the company that delivers and install is sub-contracted by Home Depot, its not a Home Depot truck and you know that's a big issue, I feel that they should have someone come here who knows installation but regardless of the plumbing, but we've been Home Depot customers for years, or refrigerator, we bough it and its fine, I'm not really happy right now and were trying ot contact a plumber to come and install our dishwasher so everything was just delivered today even thought I bought it in June, they were supposed to deliver it in July the 1st and and they called, the company that delivers, not Home Depot and said they can't due to an emergency, they don't have enough people and it was re-scheduled for another day and I said, the day that they chose, I said you have to come in the morning because were not gonna be here in the afternoon and they can't come in the morning, so this is the day that they chose, to deliver it, the washer's fine, I'm happy with the washer and the dishwasher is still in my living room, I'm waiting for a plumber to call me but anyways, the installation part is to be credited in my account supposedly but I'm going to spot in the store and make sure I am not charged for it so basically, that's it. In the future, I may order from a private business and not just deal with this store, this was such a good deal financially if you buy two appliances which we did. I'm happy with the appliances, its the company that they hire, it kinda disconnect there, its not their's, its not Home Depot's drivers, the sales and everything are excellent, Its all good, sales man and sales person are good.

We purchased a Samsung induction range on 1/17/2013 which was delivered on 2/15/2013. The range did not work properly. Repair technicians came 9 times and the range still did not work properly. On 9/19/2013, we went to Home Depot and talked to a manager who arranged for the stove to be picked up the next day which it was. Today we went to the store and they credited our account for the cost of the stove and service policy. We are very pleased with the way it was handled. The people we dealt with were Mike, Andrea and another young lady in customer service. All of these people were very polite and efficient in how they related to us and our problem. I would definitely recommend patronizing Home Depot.

Their salesman was genuine and very knowledgeable. Their installer paid a lot of attention to details.

They are very helpful, you just ask for anything you want and if you can not find it they are going to help you out. The nice thing also is that they give 10% discount to all military members whether you are retired or on active duty. There are people there at all times that help you with anything.

It was a good experience with them. They're a little much cheaper than the other hardware and improvement store I go to.

We got hosed by them. It was just ridiculous. We have gutters now that leak as much or more than what they did before we contacted the company. The first leaks in our roof were immediately after we had the roof done. The subcontractors that came were like barely functional people in one of those old comedy shows. In the background there should have been two-string banjo music. It was $17000.00 for the roof and another $4000.00 or $5000.00 for gutters. There was nobody else around here. We had the work done in the summer. Then we had to wait because they didn't see it whenever they did the estimate that the chimney bricks were failing. They didn't see that when they were up on the roof. They put the whole roof on and then when they went to do the flashing they told me that my bricks were bad and they couldn't finish the flashing until the chimney got done. That was an extra $7000.00 to have the chimney, not repointed, but totally rebricked. That set us back another three months. We used a local guy that is known for doing chimneys. He does all the churches and stuff like that. He was good, but we weren't prepared to do the chimney this year. We didn't know that we had to do the chimney. I don't know why they didn't figure that out in the beginning before all this started. It started in the summer and it just got done maybe a month ago. With the roof leaking and all the other stuff, that took another month to get them out here. Once they have your signature on the contract, they are a little less Johnny-on-the-spot. The roof leaked. We never had a leak even with the old roof and it's the same gutters and the same roof. They would send people out and say that there is nothing wrong and then it would rain again and it would leak again. They were responsive in that they would come out and then they were totally not responsive in actually solving what the problem was. Essentially what they were supposed to come out for never happened. Some days they would be there and some days they wouldn't. It is a typical contractor thing. They would say that they would be back in an hour and then they wouldn't show up again. That wasn't all the time but just some of the time. That was for the roof. The gutter guys were good but then some of the gutters leaked. There were two different sub-contractors. I would not use them in the future. The only thing that kept us with them was that the financing that they had was something that fit for us. That was it. Otherwise I would have had them go take a hike. We are in Southwest Pennsylvania. Whenever the snow comes, that is going to be the real test because I really have a strong feeling that the way they finished off this roof, it is just not going to handle the snow. We got these shingles that are supposed to last beyond a lifetime. They are 50 year shingles or something like that. We nail holes with the nail heads showing and put glue on them. If you look at the seams of all of my areas where the shingles meet a wall area, they are solid glue and there are tons of nail heads with glue on them. Right now they did stop the leak after three or four visits but we haven't had snow yet. I want to see what the snow's going to be. It just really upsets me. You see all these shows saying roofs never have anything exposed. You are supposed to take the flashing down. They wouldn't do the flashing because they said they had to remove the siding. I think they were trying to sell me on getting new siding. We have this wonderful wood siding that is really beautiful and quaint. I am not about to trade that off for some worthless old vinyl. They wouldn't do the job right and I think they wanted to charge me more. It's not something that is hidden. The siding is right there. I don't know why they couldn't just include that in the estimate and let me say yes or no to that.
