"The 2 guys that came were friendly and quick. There price was very responsible compared to other vent cleaning services. ZACH-VAC charged by the square footage of the home. They did not charge by the number of vents in the home, like most companies do. This made their price lower than most. They used a vacuum truck to clean the vents. We also added the dryer vent cleaning service and disinfect for the air ducts. The house is 1164 sq ft with a particularly finished basement, which has air ducts. Our total cost was $600.00."

My experience started with Carlie contacting us within hours from our search and helping to quote our project. She worked with me on pricing and understanding everything. Finally window cleaning day came and it was like Christmas. I was so excited. Jordan arrived at 7:30 AM and he worked non stop, quietly, perfectly cleaning all our windows until 5:30 PM that night. I had asked for inside, outside, screens and sills to be cleaned. He was fantastic. Our windows look absolutely amazing. "The entire process couldn't have gone better. Heather at the office was extremely polite and efficient, and in spite of a short timeline, she fit me in. Especially for the pressure washing -- the weather was supposed to be warm the day after I called and she made sure she had someone come to my place. She also gave me an estimate for all the work, including a breakdown of one person versus second etc. The final amount came very close to the original estimate she verified with me.

The next morning, the pressure washer was dropped off and John came on time at 9am to start the work. He pointed out some problem areas, but otherwise did a fantastic job of cleaning out mildew and other stains off the siding. He also did the walkway and the deck, and was done at exactly the time he was supposed to.

The next week, Kurt came to take on the painting. He was extremely friendly, courteous and walked through the house to get the list of the items to be tackled. He told me what he was going to do on each of the two days. The painting was done very professionally. The leaky shower was a pain to fix but he and Ricky got it done. Kurt worked through lunch to meet our deadline.
