Because Mullins is busy, a good sign, and because my availability to be home is very limited, it took a while to find a mutually convenient time for the appointment. Now that the appointment has happened, I am both pleased and impressed. I paid for two hours, but was surprised that two electricians would be at the house. They finished the track lighting in about 15 - 20 minutes. I then asked them about the process for getting electricity to the top of the driveway. After checking the electrical box they gave me an informed and helpful answer to that question. Finally, they spent the rest of the time, and then some, installing two new outlets in the garage. They did an great job. I was impressed by both their competence as well as their people skills and customer service. Note: I bought 2 hours of electrical service for $149.00 through Angie's List. I will be billed for the materials used for the garage outlets. I great great value for my money.

Wonderful,the best 2 electricians around!! My fan before wasn't bolted, they bolted did everything perfect!! I will hire them again, anybody needing electric work, use them! My first time using Angie list, it won't be the last!!!

The quality of the job was great. I got exactly what I wanted. The only negative, I wanted two HDMI cable ran through the wall but they only ran one. It was also the wrong sized HDMI cable. However, I can't fault Bill Mullen for this mistake. My wife was the one who stayed home while the work was being done. I told her the HDMI cables were on the window sill next to the fire place. What I failed to remember was I had multiple HDMI cables on the window sill of all different lengths. (We had just moved into the house and things were a mess.) The issue was corrected with a simple HDMI switch, which I think I prefer now anyway. So again, I must stress that this was more of a communication breakdown between all parties and I don't blame them for the mistake. The work they did was superb!

Great! Bill was able to provide great guidance to possible causes. He sent Nick who checked for shorts etc. replaced old alarms with new wireless alarms that are great. No problem now. Nick had everything on the truck and installed the new system quickly. Price was right too. I'm totally satisfied and would without a doubt recommend

It turned out fine, it was scheduled quickly, they came and handled the job. It was actually the $99 and nothing more. Things were great. They actually came early. They ended up having a cancellation and called me and asked if they could come early and that was fine with me.

I have nothing but great things to say about Bill and his crew. They faced a pretty challenging situation with our new chandelier in the foyer, but Bill's crew overcame the obstacles in their way. Now the chandelier is shining bright and is truly the focal point upon entrance. The work was performed with great professionalism. We would definitely have Bill and his crew back for any other electrical work in our home.

Billy's response was prompt and his prices are very competitive. Unfortunately our heater needed immediate attention and so had to scuttle lighting plans as our budget did not permit to take on both projects immediately. Will definitely recommend him. We plan to call him when we are ready to get to our electrical project

Joe arrived on time, introduced himself and was very cordial. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. We are very pleased with the result. We now have a working fan and bright light in what was a dark room! Joe was able to answer questions I had regarding needs for future work. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.
