"I cannot possibly say enough about how great New Horizons is. They did extensive siding work on my house, as well as 2nd floor & attic windows, doors, gutters, and any related soffit/facia and trim work. They did a beautiful job. I hired them again the following year to do the first floor windows and a gutter guard (for leaves). They did a great job discussing all of the possible options with me, and maintained ongoing communication. They made much-appreciated suggestions that really helped with the aesthetics of the finished project. The folks doing the work were all very skilled and professional and friendly. I felt that the price was reasonable given the extent of the work and the quality of the labor and materials I selected. They worked through various weather conditions and dealt with a few surprises (a squirrel and bird family that were determined to move in), all with great patience. I will hire them again if and when I have any other work that needs to be done (front bottom windows). A few before and after pictures are attached."

"This has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I called in March for an estimate to replace my awning as somehow it went from “good condition” to “poor condition” within the year. They forgot to get back to me and pull my awning. I had to follow up two weeks later. They told me they’d call back but instead mailed a quote. We decided to get our old awning put up instead of replacing this year. They told us it would be four -six weeks to get “on the schedule”. I called back two weeks later asking how much longer. They yelled and told me “another 4-6 weeks”. Then I called back and asked if I could come pick my awning up (they store it) to put ourselves. They told me at that point we were on the schedule to be put up that day. No slight rips were fixed (1 inch or smaller like the contract stated) and I called May 22 and another 4 times to finally get a call back July 7th to be told “if you don’t like us-take your business elsewhere”. We actually had another company look at our awning and stated it wasn’t in poor condition. Very poor business communication and ethic with this company. Do not recommend!"

"Do not do business with this company, they do not stand behind their word, their installers, the office staff is rude and condescending, and the owner speaks to customers like a gangster, literally. "His response was you signed a contract." (Watch the movie Used Cars from 1980 that is the type of service you will get from Superior Window) To share some light on this experience. I ordered 8 windows total. Out of those 8 windows, two were bathroom windows, and were supposed to be obscure due to their location. For example the window in the master bath faces my neighbor's deck, they have a perfect view of the soaking tub and shower. On March 20th, 8:33am I had a conversation with the installer, I noticed all of the windows on the truck were clear, and indicated to him I did not want the bathroom windows installed, they were incorrect and should have been obscure. The installer told me that he would get with the office after he was done for the day, and that he would install the other windows in the meantime. The second day I spoke to the installer about the windows he said they were going to order the correct windows, he was going to install the ones that were there and then someone in service would come and swap out the clear windows for the obscure once they were made. All of which I explained to the owner Lou. He told me that the installer doesn't even work for him, he is not part of the company and that I signed a contract. He then began to tell me that he was recording the conversation when I referred to him as a scumbag, and that he was going to sue me for "slander". If I might add in the state of Pennsylvania unless both parties consent recording is illegal, so be VERY aware of that."
