+ -1 moreThe builders had issues all along the way. The drawing, didn't have material on time. The time frame it stated on Oct 19th, we gave them the down payment. Every two weeks they were getting another installment. The last payment was on Dec 29th, everybody walked off the job Jan 9th. They have 40,000 worth of money and the roof is not complete, nothing is water tight. There's about 26,000 needed to fix and complete what has been and needs to be done.
Description of Work: Started construction on two rooms on a ranch home. The floor, walls and roof to tie into assisting home.
